Sitzmark townhome at Purgatory - Awesome views - Steps to slopes

Fantastic location, well-appointed condo for our family ski vacation. The hot tub is off site and only available with an extra fee. The bedrooms are on three different floors with lots of stairs which was tough with a toddler and an elderly person with sore knees.

Super clean, very well equipped, neat, organized and absolutely five star. Our host was a 10 out of 10 and was responsive to any text, call, question or comment. Definitely will be renting with this firm and my host Holly next year.

The boot warmers were crucial. Although you can ski into the cabin, we ended up driving to the base every morning as it’s easier with all of the things and small kids. Definitely add in the access to the Durango mountain club if you have kids. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and letting them play in the pool every evening. Firewood is provided, but pick up some kindling or starter sticks in town id you want a fire in the evening. Bring your own EVOO, pepper, spices, etc. they have a kettle for coffee and tea. They provide trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, tp, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap and a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.

We had a great time staying here. At the back of the house is a deck with a grill and seating and a large area for kids to have snowball fights, build a snowman, and go sledding. Plus you can ski in ski out, what could be better! The house itself has plenty of space for two families. The bathrooms were a little tight but we made it work. It has everything you need for a week vacation. Tip - have your groceries delivered through Instacart and save yourself so much time! The property management company was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit Purgatory in the winter. It's probably great in the summer too. Just know that there's not a lot of amenities at Purgatory, you have to drive to Durango for shops, groceries, and restaurants.

This is the second time staying here, my 4th year in Durango and it has been a great time each year. The rooms are on different levels which makes it easier with my teens. There are tons of utensils, cups and pots/pans. I love all the space the loft has. We had a grill for steaks with the family. Thank you for being a great host for my family & I.

This ski-in, ski-out condo offers ultimate convenience with direct slope access. Cozy and well-equipped, it's the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain. Ideal for both comfort and adventure. Great for family and friends we enjoyed the space with multiple floors to accommodate kids and adults.

I wanted ski in ski out and ripping on Debbie and your this place definitely is. You walk out the back patio and take a tiny walk crossways onto the bottom of the green run YBR to get back to the condo. Just stay on it and ski around the gate and I was able to ski directly onto the patio.Also, it is a very nicely stopped condominium. A full set of matching dishes, glasses, and wine glasses. Everything you needed for cooking. They also were kind enough to provide an adequate amount of toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and even extra little goodies like linen spray for the bedsThe management company is incredibly good to work with. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Would highly recommend this property. This is the second time I have rented through vacation rental collective and I highly recommend them

Great place to stay. Clean with plenty of room. The back yard is a perfect place to let the kids play. We would be happy to book a stay here again!
