Situated on the Ocean Jacaranda Bay Villa

Walk in the front door and feel the Bahama breeze as you see the gorgeous water right in front of you. The large deck and dock are all yours to enjoy! We used the paddle boards and kayaks provided and snorkeled with stingrays and sea turtles. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults on the covered patio overlooking the water, the comfortable living room. The kitchen and dining room had everything you could imagine you might need to prepare a meal or entertain. Our host Gizelle was excellent prior to our stay and during our time in Nassau. Her recommendations for car rental and restaurants were much appreciated. One caution is the entrance into the property, which is a bit tricky coming in and out from the road. It’s definitely not a deal breaker, this property is a real gem! Thank Gizelle, we hope to come back someday!

House was clean and house was extremely helpful in advising us and assisting us along the way. House its located on the water and we snorkeled right out the door and watched sea turtles feed as we sat on the end of the pier. Description of the amenities was accurate and needs were met. Only negative is there needs to be an upgrade of the washer and dryer though they worked and were used frequently. Five stars all around!

We had a lovely stay at the Jacaranda Bay Villa, a safe, quiet and beautiful setting, close to shops and restaurants. The kayaks and paddle boards were a welcomed addition. We could swim in a pool or off of the dock and were amazed by the many sea creatures. The manager of the property was most helpful and attentive. Enjoy a peaceful escape to this Villa!

Great space for a family or group. Huge deck, multiple seating and dining areas. Easy access to the ocean for snorkeling, lots of turtles sited!

Gizelle, the property manager, was amazingly helpful. She was very patient with us running late with our arrival from the airport. She gave us a walkthrough of the property which was much appreciated and lots of recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We were also helped by next door neighbor, Robyn, with suggestions on restaurants, beaches to visit and lots of interesting history of the area. The property has an amazing number of areas to enjoy for: tanning, ocean viewing, partying, dining or just lounging. The kitchen and pool area very well equipped for your every need. It is an older property and could use a bit of updating but for the most part it is very nice. The pool area has a bit of road noise and it is a little tricky exiting on to the road. Overall it was a great stay, made even better by Gizelle and Robyn’s warmth and helpfulness!

Giselle was amazing!!!! She took such great care of us! The house is amazing!!! Sitting on the dock and enjoying the water and the turtles was so relaxing!

The house is actually better in person than the website shows. We had the very best week ever with more than enough room for 7 family members. The pool is beautiful, the ocean and dick right out back. There was so much to do that fun at the house our kids and their families just wanted to stay home! The property manager was wonderful!!!!

The grounds were gorgeous with all the beautiful plants & the beach was footsteps away. The addition of the assortment of beach equipment was fantastic. You could not ask for a better outdoor view. We loved our stay. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us.

Like other reviews state - the pictures don't do this property justice. We spent the majority of our time dining outside on the patio, enjoying the enormous deck with wonderful views, or playing on the private beach or in the water. We used both the stand up paddle boards and took the kayaks for a spin down the canal. We snorkeled and saw a stingray, starfish, sea turtle and a nice little pocket of fish by the end of the dock. The house itself had everything we needed and Gizelle was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The property is just awesome, the view is breathtaking! The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Very nice!
