Sitting on the dock of the bay!

The home was a very clean and pet friendly VRBO. Enjoyed are stay. Frank and Stacey was very accommodating. We will be back soon. We come to see grandkids yearly. Thanks!!

Perfect getaway! Beautiful place

The view was amazing, the space was clean and everything you could need while on vacation was available and host were spectacular. We will be visiting again soon.

We absolutely loved staying at Sleepy Bay! It was our daughter’s first time to the beach and she had a ball. Being able to escape the busy and head back to the Bay, after a long day at the beach, was such a treat. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Frank & Stacey were wonderful hosts who we now consider friends!! The suite was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities of home. Washer/Dryer, Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig etc. The king size bed was so comfortable. The fenced yard with the river view and giant deck was breathtaking and the dogs loved it! Navarre Beach is gorgeous with white sand and turquoise gulf water! If you’ve never been you owe it to yourself to visit!! We will definitely be back!

Great getaway! Beautiful property and close to beaches, nature trails, parks and grocery. Perfect for couples and pets. Will def visit again!

Everything about it felt like your home. Comfortable furniture. Every appliance I could think of. Nice open floor plan. Beautiful old wood cabinets,dressers, bureau's and interesting antique novelty items. Great porch and yard. Dock with a nice swing and almost completely quiet. Met owners by accident and they couldn't have been nicer.

It has everything. All we had to do was buy groceries and enjoy. Spacious enough inside and out to have our Florida family come and visit. What a view!

The property was beautiful and well kept. Absolutely peaceful at night sitting out on the dock. The rental was clean and stocked with everything we needed plus some. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again in the future.

This is a good place to recenter yourself. A much needed escape. We will be back.

Couldn't have asked for a better host. We had a fabulous stay and it felt like home!

This was our 2nd stay here and we love it. It has a fence around the property with a coded gate so we feel conformable leaving our jet skis parked in the yard while we explore the area. The boat ramp is only a short drive away to put in the jet skis and ride in the bay. The host think of everything as the house is very well stocked with just about anything you may need. We will be back for a 3rd time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this serene bayside home! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with everything we could need. With the beach only a short drive away and their dock to enjoy in the evenings, it is truly the best of both worlds. Such a peaceful and relaxing vacation! We hope to visit again soon.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the BBQ. Very comfortable bed. It was very close to the beach about a 8 minute drive . Hope to return another time. Can’t say enough positive things about this property. The house is super cute and comfortable. Host really goes above and beyond with all the little things. The bed was very comfortable. And the view is amazing. Not too far from the beach but out of the hustle and bustle. We would stay here again!!!!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Sleepy Bay rental, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The unit was very comfortable and spacious, and the property was incredible. We enjoyed the sunsets from the dock and although we didn’t get to use the kayaks, there were two available for use as well as a canoe. The following are some of the things that we appreciated: fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, games and puzzles, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo and toiletry items, laundry soap, etc. We felt very safe during this stay since the property is fully fenced and gated. We can highly recommend this rental and hope to return again.

Love the deck with an excellent view of the river. The rental was very well supplied with things like paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, soap, etc. The owners were very accommodating when we had to change our reservation to a later date which we greatly appreciated.

Gorgeous property and a very cozy home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Thoughtfully furnished with appliances in the kitchen. It was so nice that they let us bring our dog. She enjoyed having a rug to sleep on. We went fishing off the dock and watched the fish jump. Very recommended and we will return if we are in the area.

Frank and Stacy were wonderful. Their house is amazing. They thought of everything to make our stay better. We have been renting places off VRBO for a long time. This was the best! Our dogs loved the big yard.
