Stayed May 15, 2026Overall the house was clean and ready for us to move in at check inThe shower head in bathroom on first floor was spraying water out of the tub. I had to adjust the head to avoid this issue as much as possible The open / close door button on microwave needs to be fixed.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025We have just arrived home after staying here for the past week. Family of 11 and we all loved this property. The house was very clean and everything worked. Had plenty of sheets, towels, toilet paper and the little goodie bags in the bathrooms with soap and shampoo was an awesome touch. The supply of beach chairs and beach carts was more than enough for our group. Most of all - the mattresses were perfect. Every single bed had the most comfy mattress! 10 out of 10!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025microwave in poor condition but working. Gas burners new and fridge good. Dishwasher not working with undrained water. Door locks difficult to use. There were security bars for sliding glass doors but if not careful they could lock you out of house on porch. Cabinet door on waste bin hanging off to one side. Needs better lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower controls not easy to use. Toilet seats need replacing. The only plusses - near beach and 50% discount.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall a great vacation home and location. Set up nicely for large families. The furnishings are a-little worn but the house was clean, the beds are comfortable and there are opportunities to find quiet time and privacy, the kitchen has the needed equipment. The beach chairs, toys and equipment are very nice to have on hand.the shuttle made the beach trips extra fun!

Stayed May 31, 2025Very nice house with comfortable beds and ample amenities. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Beach buggy driver Julie took us and our chairs to the beach in less than 5 minutes and was most helpful to us eight ladies in our eighties. Highly recommended. Owner is cooperative with quick response.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house was perfect for our family of 11. Everyone had their own space. It is a ways from the beach but a free golf cart shuttle is available with just a phone call. The driver is a college student and tips are greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for eating and cooking. The pool was an enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this house and would consider staying renting it in the future.
