Single story townhouse in quiet neighborhood w fast access to main attractions!

Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood. The place is very spacious, clean, and cozy. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable but the bed frame is a little squeaky but that’s an easy fix. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

The place was so comfortable. Perfect location to go find Aurora, and close to restaurants and stores. Host was a good communicator. Would recommend.

Immaculate, comfortable, well stocked home in a convenient neighborhood. Spacious with a heated garage, a big plus in -30 degree temps. Moose right past the back fence and the aurora visible from the bedroom window. Would like to mention the description says twice that there is a fireplace and there is not. Other than that, the home is exactly as advertised and we had a very warm enjoyable stay here and would definitely stay again.

The entry was just as expected. The house just as described and as shown in photos.The kitchen is very well equipped for meal prep. We very much enjoyed our stay in the house and in Fairbanks.

The Host was AMAZING!!! I had lots of question and my emails were responded to quickly with is there anything else we can do to make your trip more enjoyable. We took our elderly father to see the lights. It was nice to have a heated garage to take him into a warm home vs him getting out of the vehicle in the cold. The home was very welcoming, clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the location, far enough away to see the clear skies, yet close enough to shopping, daytrips and most importantly the airport. If I could score this home and the host with a higher score, we definitely would. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality,Dave and Family

The townhome was well appointed with a spacious but comfortable family space, dining for six, stocked kitchen and actual beds. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers thankfully.

This property was located perfectly for what we were looking for. Quiet, dark skies and privacy. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate so that we could view the Northern Lights. Our entire reason for the trip. Thought we did enough research, especially for this year light activity. Monitored everyday and nowhere in the area was any better. Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay. Great treats, wonderful appliances, the basic needs were met perfectly.

Amazing, we've had the pleasure of booking this property a few times. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to be disappointed. You will be very satisfied. The place is immaculate, quiet neighborhood, private yard where the family can gather. A grill and covered seating area. Close enough to the stores and business without it getting in the way.

Arriving from Arizona, we took the riverboat tour and enjoyed our stay in this newer home with excellent decor. Everything was perfect for our visit, thanks for the excellent accommodations.

This property was a great transition place for our long Alaskan driving itinerary. We stayed here twice pre and post driving the Dalton Highway to prepare. It was spotless!

Rooms are a little too bright for our taste. The King size bed was noisy. Need ceiling fans for all bedrooms.

This is a very nice, apparently new property. The hosts did more than expected to make our stay comfortable. There were about six bottles of water, some snacks and soft drinks available for us. We were grateful that the refrigerator supplied us with some basic condiments such as mayo and mustard. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were good. My only problem with the bed, and this is my problem with almost every vrbo I stay in lately, the bed is too high. I'm 5'2 and 81 years old; it's really difficult climbing into the tall beds, so I would suggest a footstool for this type of bed. I would recommend this vrbo as a good place to stay for comfort and convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space. The location was close enough to everything and also in a cute and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home, and you really can see the aurora from the windows!! The home was very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Loved the location at the edge of town which made it easier to enjoy the aurora. Would definitely recommend that you stay here during your visit to Fairbanks. It is the best!

We stayed in Fairbanks for a week and this house was perfect. Great location and the ability to use the garage was a huge plus! Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms were perfect for our group.

Great home! My family enjoyed this spacious home for 9 days, we wanted to spend enough time to ensure seeing the aurora. The location of this property is very close to just about anywhere in Fairbanks. The home had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, sheets soft, lots of pillows & extra blankets. Kitchen was stocked with a few snacks, the fridge icemaker easily kept up with the 4 of us. WiFi easily covered all of us including a couple extra devices. Ability to park our rental SUV in the garage was icing on the cake.

This place was in a nice neighborhood adjacent to many grocery stores, Fort Wainwright, local restaurants and bars. The property was very comfortable and had green zones on two sides of the unit. We were able to see the Aurora every single night of our week long stay. The hosts were easy to contact if we had questions and were quick to answer. I highly recommend this spot if visiting Fairbanks!

Our stay was so wonderful. After a long drive in from Glennallen its a perfect place to stay. The townhouse is so clean and some roomy. The host has thought of everything you might possibly need! A must stay again when we come back through! Also, the view from the side door is gorgeous!

This duplex was great. Everything we needed was there. It’s at the end of the street giving us plenty of room to play in the snow. Communication was great and the host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We (grandparents and 2 small grandchildren) enjoyed our stay. 2 bathrooms were a blessing. The washer and dryer ment less packing. The location was perfect. The towels were nice and thick. Plenty of cookware. And I cannot express how clean the house was. Staying in Fairbanks before, I love the heated garage.

Had a good time with family. No issues whatsoever. Communication was good and we didn’t encounter any issues.

My husband and I stayed at this property for four days. The kitchen was well-equipped including coffee and snacks. We had plenty of room to spread out and appreciated the two bathrooms, the laundry and the garage for our rental car. Our host Agulceana communicated well and always responded quickly, including turning up the heat for us when we requested it. We would stay here again if we return to Fairbanks.
