Single-story home with enclosed yard, private pool, hot tub, patio, & grill

Everything was good beatiful home

Overall disappointed with the service (or rather lack there of) provided by the property manager. When I first booked this stay, the property management company was extremely helpful and quick to reply to my questions. A couple weeks prior to my stay, the property management company changed and the new one was completely unresponsive. I tried calling, messaging and emailing the company and never heard back. It wasn’t until I spoke with VRBO directly that they were able to contact the host and provide me with check in information. The place itself was nice but not worth the hassle of having to deal with the host. Additionally, I paid for the heated pool option and it was not heated during my stay and the hot tub did not work. Additionally, the sink in the mast bedroom was broken.

This could be an excellent property but there were a few problems and so it was disappointing. The hot tub didn’t work. When you turned on the jets, it would trip the breaker. When the breaker tripped, it affected the kitchen lights and the garage door. Circuit was obviously overloaded. This happened several times a day even when the hot tub was not heating up. The patio furniture was insufficient as there were only two hard lounge chairs. The patio chairs were a bit worn and frayed. The patio could use a table and extra chairs. The kitchen island chairs were wobbly and not safe and there were only two left. The other ones were in the garage and broken. The one main bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the closed position and it couldn’t be used. The one knob on the gas range cooktop was broken and the burner was unusable. Overall we loved the location and the property suited our needs. The pool was awesome. This property just needs some TLC. It could use some area rugs in bathrooms and kitchen. Hope these things are corrected as some of them have been mentioned before.

Here are things that could have made our stay better. -4 chairs- when you say it’s a house for more than 4, should have the proper seating around the table-outdoor seating-we had 7 people at the house, not enough seating at all, all extra chairs or stools were broke in the garage. -linen-there was not enough towels for everyone especially when they are used at the pool, then nothing for showers-kitchen utensils-there was not enough forks for everyone. The lack of pans for cooking was disappointing. -kitchen materials- no kitchen materials available such as baggies, aluminum foil or plastic wrap. No mixing bowls big enough to make anything in. -dirty pool-the pool was awful dirty. Slime layer on top and tons of dirt and leaves in the pool-dirty hot tub- the hot top was so dirty -burnt out lights (bedrooms and bathrooms) -broken fan -broken towel holder in guest bathroom -constant breaker outage-we couldn’t enjoy the jets on the hot tub because the breaker would break and we would have to go reset it. -check out instructions came after we left

The house was well located and relativley clean, and the host was responsive, but there were just so many small issues. Checking into the house late at night was difficult, as the instructions as well as both codes to key boxes were wrong. The lights were hard to find and some never worked. There were soaps and shampoos that were empty and missing. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and there were linens in the washing machine, that clearly hadnt been cleaned or dried. The fuses tripped three times in two days which caused some electrical issues. Not huge issues, but they compounded to make for a frustrating stay.

Great home, quiet neighborhood.

This was a husband and wife trip without the kids. So the goal was rest and relaxation. This House was great for that. If you like quiet peaceful time then this is your place. No big city vehicle noise or any background noise at all really. Hot Tub and pool were great and clean. House was laid out nicely. Everything you needed to cook was there. It was also nice to park in the garage. It made coming and going that much better and easier. Definitely recommend for a family gathering or even a couples trip. We have it on our list of properties to go back to. Only minor negative was that most places we have stayed have a book or binder with information about the house and instructions for things like pool, hot tub, etc... This house didn't have that so we think the host should look into that but really it isn't a big deal.

Very clean and comfortable home.

Conveniently located, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood.

Purpose: Family wedding, all adults, from different ends of the US. House was very clean and welcoming, neighborhood quiet, was able to enter property early with no issues. No instruction/information booklet for rules or WiFi access. Jacuzzi did not work, main reason for choosing this location. Property manager was very attentive to our situation, however we were not able to utilize jacuzzi until 1 hr prior to checking out. Maintenance tech from Vacasa stated we will be credited for the inconvenience. Would stay here again.

Everything was great had 2 small issues that were handled by Vacasa pretty quick but great house 3 rooms I’d recommend putting tvs in kids room and other room tvs are like 100 to 150 but other than that it’s great

Sparkling clean and very comfortable home! We were there for cancer treatment with the City of Hope in Goodyear, so the location was great. It was nice to have a home away from home to go back to and a nice pool to enjoy! Thank you!

Overall, nice property. We chose this for being close to our other family who lives in Canyon trails. Very clean. Sufficient kitchen items for cooking. Comfortable master bedroom area. 2nd bedroom also comfortable. 3rd bedroom-great for kids, except trundle bed on bottom is broke. Bathrooms, clean. Plenty of towels for family for use as well as pool towels. The pool could have used a cleaning. Debris on bottom and also on top. Seems the filter was not working. We did contact support. We were given general info such as checking the power switches for the pool, which we had already done. There was a dead bird in the filter. No fault of the owner. Hot tub was clean. Black stone grill was also convenient and a nice addition to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was the perfect size and hard everything we needed. Was very clean and spacious. We visited in the Fall so we didn’t get to use the pool but will definitely look into staying here in the Summer.

The property was great! The location was very good as was the neighborhood. The only issue was getting into the property. I was given an incorrect code and it took almost an hour to text, talk and get the correct access code. But, I would definitely stay at this property again!

Would 100% go back. House was very very clean and plenty of room for our family. Pool area was very nice and clean.
