Single level large family home in the heart of SF.

Great place, very spacious. The only issue was the heating/cooling system was a bit tricky to figure out. But would still recommend.

Brad’s home is lovely! Listing very accurately describes the setup and amenities available! We traveled with 11 people and it was the perfect amount of space! Kitchen is very well equipped and location is great. Walkable to the children’s museum, canyon road and even downtown if you’re up for a little stroll. Would highly recommend this home for a large family gathering!

Came to Santa Fe for a friend’s wedding and wanted a place for a bunch of us to stay that was not too far from downtown. Safe to say, this place absolutely delivered! 5 minute drive to downtown, but also far enough away to really see the stars at night. Despite us mostly being there only at night, the house was a great, large space with plenty of open common areas, with plenty of beds and enough bathrooms for a large group to all get ready for a wedding. Would absolutely recommend Brad’s place and will consider another stay should I ever find myself back in Santa Fe!

What an amazing house. Location is an enjoyable walk to the Square and all that is Santa Fe. And it’s convenient to coffee shops and grocery stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.

Our group of friends loved the place. The location was perfect and everything in Santa Fe was less than five minutes away. Brad was amazing to work with and always answered right back when we had any questions. We asked him to suggest some restaurants before we arrived and did go to one of them, which we really enjoyed. Our only suggestions would be to have some crisp air freshener plugins - like lemon or something light and use some fabric softener on the towels. We would definitely go back the next time we visit Santa Fe. Thanks, Brad!

Held a family reunion here and most meals for 20 people (9 people stayed elsewhere). Fun and beautiful place to stay and good room for a group both inside and outside.

Vacation and work mixed together. It is a very big and nice home! Great location! Kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions! We will go again!

The house was both spacious and cozy. It had room for everyone to have privacy and spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner meals. Refrigerator was enormous. We all enjoyed the Native American, Spanish and religious Art , very inspiring. The beds were comfortable. We made wonderful memories in the outdoor fire pit. Brad was quick to respond to all of our last minute questions. We will definitely stay here again

What a beautiful home! Very secluded feeling and full of decorations that immersed you into the Santa Fe culture and experience! Great access to the slopes and the downtown life! Will definitely stay there again!

This house is ideally located about 1 mile from the plaza and very close to all the other places we want to go to while in Santa Fe. The house was just perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out but also ample together spaces for the 6 of us to gather to eat, talk, watch TV. The pictures don’t really do it justice. It’s phenomenal.

The property is located near the chapel and is spacious, beautiful home with all amenities you could need. The beds are comfortable and customer service is excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing Santa Fe home. We made lots of memories and loved spending time on the property, it was perfect. So many personal touches made it extra special.

We could not of had a better time here! The location was convenient to downtown, beautiful, spacious, clean, with a lovely artistic flair! The property had everything we needed and more!

This spacious, beautiful home was perfect for our 3 generational family of 10. The bedrooms were comfortable, the gathering spaces perfect and the “chef’s kitchen “ a great space to make Thanksgiving dinner. Best of all was the huge dining room table, hard to find in other homes. Due to cold weather and snow we were unable to use the several outdoor gathering spaces, but they are a bonus for other families in milder weather times.

The extended family descended on Santa Fe to celebrate Mom’s 80th birthday. This beautiful house was more than we hoped for. Seriously, the pictures are good but we were amazed when we walked into the house. It’s perfectly designed to entertain groups much larger than ours and beautifully decorated in the southwestern style we were looking for. Highly recommended!!

This property is beautiful! The home is unique and fascinating. Our 3 grandchildren enjoyed it, but it is primarily an adult oriented home. There are many breakable pieces of art, that are mostly, but not completely, out of reach of children. The home does allow for groups to spread out among the many rooms. Togetherness comes while sitting around the very large dining table. It would be possible to walk into the center of town (Plaza area), though a long walk. We always drove.
