Leadbetter Point State Park is to the north while Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, and Ilwaco are south, with scenic stretches of ocean coast along the way.
After a day spent beachcombing or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a grassy yard, a covered patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for tales of the day's adventures. The interior is open and sunny, beginning with a living room that features a gas fireplace and a cable TV with streaming capability. The living room opens to an airy kitchen, a breakfast bar, and an eat-in dining table. Of the two bedrooms, each has its own smart TV as well.

On are last night at 5pm we had no heat. I haven't gotten any response from the rental property and I had to trouble shoot it on my own due to it being a sunday.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped.
The house was absolutely perfect for our family. A lot of the previous things that other reviews had mentioned or complained about were fixed. The only reason we can't give a 5 star review is due to the neighbors' dogs. There were multiple instances early on during our stay when the neighbor's dogs ran unleashed to the fence and began fence fighting with our dogs. Overall the property is very pet friendly but these outbursts that would occur suddenly by surprise definitely caused a lot of early stress during our stay. Once we were aware of the situation with the neighbors dogs we just made sure to take our dogs outside at different times or walk them on the other side of the property. The house is supplied with everything you could possibly need especially the kitchen. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer at the house!!! It made coming home from vacation a little less overwhelming. It was convenient to be so close to the beach and the local stores. We would definitely stay there again now that we know how to handle the neighbor dog situation a little better.
The property is nice. The surrounding ones are not. The kitchen stools are too high for the bar. The kitchen table stools are too short. The six drawer dresser is full of linens with no space for clothes. There are no mats outside or inside the front door for wiping shoes off and the hallway would be better suited for hooks to hang coats and beach towels, than the current decor. The bathroom has no heat. The state park a ‘half mile’ away is closed and that should be noted, especially during spring break. Definitely not worth what we paid. Our first and probably last Vacasa stay.
House waw great warm and open. My only complaint is the potholes on the road the house is on are rather larger and full of mud. Other that that plenty of parking bbq and smoker on sight. Just a great weekend with friends.
place was clean and bright. enjoyed our stay. loved the fenced yard for our dog. the 2nd bed is a futon and a bit of a stretch for 2. Couch bed is pretty uncomfortable. would stay again if it was just the two of us but 5 with our lab was tough sleeping.
The house was redone on the inside and was really cute. The only issue we had was the bathroom door wasn't square and tough to close. Other than that it was a perfect little cottage.
Would definitely stay again because it is so dog friendly and big and open. 4 of us with 3 dogs, we didn't feel cramped or in eachothers space. Could use a bigger couch (sectional) all of us couldn't fit on the one in there. Had some trouble with the fireplace so we froze but then had a space heater brought to us and compensation, so that was appreciated. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants!
Everything was wonderful here. Cute and clean place!! I look forward to visiting again!! Thanks ?
We really enjoyed our time here. It was clean, well appointed and lots of natural light. My wife loved the bathroom and decorations.
The house was perfect for us to stay. It had a fence which helped with my little ones, extremely clean, tvs in each room, nothing for my little one to accidentally break. Cooking was a breeze, it even had board games for my kids to play. I loved everything about this house and my stay! Definitely going to use this house again in future trips.
This is a great little house that has everything you need and seems brand new (or at least very recently updated). Nice master bedroom with tons of natural light. Second bedroom is small with a futon bed. Both bedrooms have dressers and smart TVs. The bathroom is spacious and that’s where the washer/dryer are, too. Open layout living area has a couch, a dining table for 4, a few barstools at the kitchen counter, gas fireplace and a big TV. Outside you’ll find a fenced in side yard (perfect for dogs!) on one side of the house, and a covered patio on the other side of the house including a dining table, gas grill, and even a smoker. Tons of parking in the circle driveway and a covered car/boat port. The neighborhood is very quiet. You’re a 10-15 minute/half mile walk from the closest beach access; note that you will have to cross and then walk along a major road to get there. Easy 5 minute drive into the “main drag” of Ocean Park where you’ll find the general store, a couple bars and restaurants, etc. Also an easy 5 minute drive north to Oysterville. We hope to be back some day and definitely recommend!
