Welcome to your modern and comfortable home-away-from-home, the perfect place to relax after a sun-filled day atthe beach. Flooded with natural light, the heart of this single-level home is a spacious, open-plan living area where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

* Semi-Private Sleeping Nook: 1 Double bed, located in an open space just off the main living area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the home and the fully fenced backyard. Please note that the garage isn't included. Entry is seamless and contactless via a secure lockbox. Your unique access code will be shared through the booking platform and by text message just before your arrival.

Just minutes from the property, Club Malua provides casual dining and a welcoming community vibe, while Café 366 is nearby for great coffee and light meals, with the beach close by and all key amenities within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Malua Bay is perfectly positioned for exploring the South Coast. Just a short drive north, Batemans Bay offers shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Other Things to Note:

* We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your convenience.

* The home is stocked with starter essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies.

* Guests are kindly asked to please bring their own beach towels.

* For any specific items beyond the provided basics, we recommend bringing your own to ensure you have everything you need for your stay.
