Stayed Apr 12, 2024We had a wonderful stay at this property and Rosemary Beach. Everything was perfect for our needs especially the courtyard as I have a toddler grandson. The house was clean and looked like the online pictures. It was a girls getaway with my daughter and I and my grandson, we did struggle with the door locks and lock box and the master shower didn’t get very hot but other than that we would stay there again. The management was in contact all the time and I appreciated that . Thumbs up from Ohio?

Stayed Oct 4, 2022Property was well located and we enjoyed walking to dinner each night. Husband loved having access to a lap pool. Online description made house look/sound bigger and outdoor fireplace area was misrepresented. Master bath is tiny and there was no shower door. Otherwise, house was perfect for us and our son..

Stayed Sep 16, 2021The trip was overall lovely. My only concern was that the doors were very difficult to lock and it was worrisome when we were all sleeping. It would be helpful if there was an electric keypad opposed to keys. Thank you

Stayed May 29, 2021I had read on the reviews that this property had serious bug problems so I called and asked the property manager and was told absolutely not! That was a big lie! The house was full of roaches, water bugs, ants and many other types of bugs. The property manager was very nice and did everything they could to help. But this meant we had workers inside and outside the house a lot. There were roaches on the couch, on the kitchen counter, on the wall by my towel, IN THE MICROWAVE! Hopefully management will stay on this and fix the problem. We have stayed in Rosemary for over 20 years and have never had a house with a severe bug issue like this one!

Stayed May 13, 2021We had a great time here. The home was beautiful and in a great location. Quick walk or bike ride to the shopping and beach. Can’t wait to go back to Rosemary soon!

Stayed Feb 12, 2020The house was perfectly clean and welcoming! The only downside was the main road behind the property that could be heard of you were sitting outside. But overall a great place for our little family getaway. Would highly recommend this house!! Also, the property manager, Justin, was great to work with and communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we were well taken care of.

Stayed Oct 3, 2019Probably wouldn't stay here in the summer, but nice fall hangout. The patio could use a pool/water feature/refresh. The master bath shower takes about 15 min for the water to get hot, but other than that it was very good.
