Exactly as advertised. Needed a comfortable, clean place to sleep. Quality king sized bed. I recommend only booking this place from VRBO as there are some units that seem to be affected by construction on the far end. (did not affect our stay one bit.)

This place is without a doubt falsely advertised. The Vrbo posting itself claims hardwood floors and a king size bed as just two examples. When we were driving up on the place we knew immediately that we made a mistake. It looks like low income housing in the middle of an otherwise very nice area. The inside was falling apart with laminate floors screwed down, bed headboards falling apart, blood and other stains on the bed, a handprint on the wall, shower falling apart, filled with dust which demonstrates that even cleaning isn’t a priority. We were afraid to sleep in it simply for the possibility of bed bugs. We left. We had to find a place late at night to avoid completely ruining our visit to Saratoga. The person I texted (wouldn’t answer my calls or call me back when asked) said a refund would be issued, but it’s been 11 days with no refund. They also have a website with pictures that further push the delusion that this is a nice place. It’s not. I truly suggest you find any other place to stay. If you pitched a tent in the nearby park, you’d have a better experience.

Preface: I am a contractor and I am also a short term host. If zero stars was possible, we would have posted that. We booked a room, based on the pictures, for one night as we were passing thru Saratoga returning home. When we walked in the stench of the room was horrendous and the room looked nothing like the picture on the site. The ceiling light didn't work. The outlets by the beds didn't work. The bathroom lights didn't work. There was a floor lamp near the bathroom that I assume we were suppose to use by moving it into the bathroom. The smoke detector wasn't attached. The refrigerator and microwave were put on a shelf that didn't have any outlets near it. One outlet that had a power strip in it, surged when I tried to plug something into it indicating and electrical issue. The hotel is under construction for the most part and it looks like they may have finished one room and used that as a model picture for the entire place.
