I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location to experience Dennis - multiple beaches and a beach bar/restaurant at the end of the street, and other great spots within a mile or so. The house itself was exactly as advertised - small but comfortable and clean. The spacious yard, back deck and outdoor shower were enjoyable. The only negative was not having air conditioning. I stayed in mid-late July and on nights when it didn’t cool down outside the house was very humid and sticky.

Reviewer Comments: This 3,bedroom property in Dennisport has hosted many a happy family gathering. It is clean, snug, and very conveniently located close to a private beach. The staff has been alert when we had need to call them. The lockbox is difficult to open for octogenarians!

Reviewer Comments: We returned for yet another year to this neat and well decorated cottage just a few blocks from the postage stamp sized private beach on Nantucket Sound.The back porch is a delight for after swim cocktails. A lovely vacation choice.
