Single Family Waterfront Home in Mission Beach w/ Hot Tub

The hosts were very responsive communicators, easy to work with and quick to make the one repair that we requested.The place was delightful and almost exactly as advertised. And it was very clean.The garage is actually larger than described. Fits two compact suv's with room to spare.Fully Stocked kitchen.A perfect vacation house.

Outstanding location and an incredibly well appointed home. Plenty of space for family fun and great memories. We had a marvelous stay for our daughter's graduation and are looking for an excuse to come back again!

The property was perfect for our family get together. The view is lovely and the several locations to enjoy the view from inside and outside the house were perfect.The location on the Bayside was quieter than the oceanfront side, which made it more enjoyable for our toddler grandson. It was within walking distance of several bars and restaurants which we enjoyed very much. The 3 parking spots were also very much appreciated.

Beautiful place in a beautiful spot. High end construction and well maintained. All the kitchen stuff you need. Everything was complete sets as opposed to a load of disparate throw aways.

The property is gorgeous, impeccably maintained and in a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants. The rooftop offers one of the very best views of Mission Bay, and was the perfect place to enjoy Golden hour each evening. The host was extremely responsive to our questions, which largely revolved around accommodating two infants. The home is well-stocked with kitchen utensils and beach gear. I highly recommend this property.

This beach house has everything we needed for grandparents, kids, and grand kids. Very comfortable beds, huge kitchen, and we loved the upstairs outside huge patio area where we comfortably ate our meals while watching activities on the bay. We contemplated staying on the beach side, but so glad we stayed on Bay side. No wind, less people on the bayside walk by far, and overall felt super safe. The hot tub was so nice too! We loved this place!

This property was amazing. So many great spaces to gather. The house was well stocked with all the necessities. We have stayed at many houses in the area and this was by far the best. Parking is tight if you have large SUVs but there are 3 spaces which is unheard of.

Wonderful property on quiet Mission Bay side of Mission Beach, with restaurants and shops, plus the amusement park and boardwalk a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the fire pit on the spacious roof deck and the flat beach in front of our gate. The spacious kitchen was a cook’s delightful, it was very well stocked with pans and appliances. The living spaces were comfortable and nicely decorated. It featured 3 large tv’s with cable and Roku, plus a fusbal game. In addition, the house had plenty of sand toys, croquet and boogy boards. The beds were comfortable, the linens nice and plenty of bath and beach towels. The onsite laundry and parking were really helpful. This is a great place to stay in San Diego.

This was one of our all time favorites. The location is incredible-we went kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay side and it’s wonderfully quiet-only 2 blocks to the much more busy ocean side. The house itself is perfect-the beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved it! We hope ro return soon.
