The property boasts nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and ocean views. Highlights include a master suite with a king bed, a serene queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room perfect for children. Five full bathrooms provide convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

    We stayed in this home with 11 family members for a multigenerational vacation. It was a wonderful experience. The house is right on the beach with beautiful views and plenty of space to be comfortable. The rooms were clean. A great location for a relaxing family getaway.

    Large home with incredible views of the ocean. The rooftop patio and beach access make the home worth it. One big downside is the lack of central AC. All the window curtains were open upon arrival, and it took until close to midnight to get the rooms cool enough to go to sleep, which was taxing on my 7 month old daughter. This was less of an issue on the second night after we kept the curtains closed all day. That said, we will likely visit again in the future.

    Great location. Beautiful sunsets. The house could be update inside. Requested a waffle maker. Got a mini one. This house is for 20 people. Maybe invest in a real size waffle maker.

    The location of the property was amazing! The views of the ocean were awesome! Even saw porpoises and sea lions! Good proximity to close by restaurants and coffee bars!Our only negative feedback was the musty smell in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

    First thing you notice is a 2'x3' sign saying property is under permit for renovation and converted to 3 condos. Stepping inside, you can see that they haven't invested a dime in years and are getting ready to convert it. The bath rooms are antiquated, the furniture is very worn, only 3 tv's in a 9 bedroom house, kitchenware is from Goodwill, etc. The lighting is all on timers and I had the bathroom go dark while in the shower. Lucky I didn't slip soaking wet searching for the switch. It was not my first rodeo in renting big beach houses for the family and this one needs a major facelift. Way, way too expensive for the quality of the property. The property manager was superb though, replacing broken chairs and coffee makers quickly. The location and the beach was fabulous. Too many other options in the area, pass on this one.

    Beautiful location - woke up to the ocean on the rocks, but in the afternoon with low tide, we had beautiful sunny walks along the beach. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of 10, with lots of extra space. The rooftop has an amazing view and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay. They offered portable ice makers on bottom and street-level kitchenette areas. One was broken. Within a couple of hours of reporting it, they brought us a new one. It was really nice having the portable ice-maker. We would definitely consider staying again.
