Exceptionally clean and welcoming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath SINGLE family home with two private parking spots centrally located in OCNJ! SINGLE family means No neighbors above or below you! Private outdoor shower for after the beach. Centrally located and walkable to the Boardwalk, Beach (15th St Beach has a lifeguard!), Bay, Playground, Public Library, Shops, Restaurants and so much more!

We do require you to please bring your own towels and linens
(Queen, Queen, Twin bunk beds).
>Property is nearby the basketball courts and playground on 15th and Bay and convenience stores such as CVS, Walgreen and Wawa. Or a short drive to Acme on 9th St. for groceries.

Six (6) beach tags are available for your use during your stay. Please return them when your vacation is over so that the next guest may enjoy them! Any lost beach tags will have to be replaced before you leave or a charge will incur.
