This charming 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home is perfectly located one block from the beach. The property is enclosed by a fence and it’s very private and quiet. This house can sleep six people. There is a queen bed, two twin beds and one trundle bed. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Our family of 5 recently stayed here and had a great time. The house was clean, up-to-date, well stocked, and spacious enough for all of us. The pool was nice with plenty of floats and toys for our use. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants. The washer/dryer and outdoor shower were a nice bonus.

Stayed Jul 15, 2022Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! Very clean, well stocked, and great location! The pool was great and we were close enough to walk to the beach multiple times a day. Brian and Kara were great hosts and went above and beyond for our stay. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Stayed Jul 24, 2021Cozy, comfortable, and clean for our family of 4. The standout is the excellent deck and pool. Hard to find a house with a private pool in Brigantine. Bedrooms are nice sized and you can tell the house is well taken care of. Location to the beach and food/restaurants was ideal. Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout, which put us at ease if we had any questions. We had a great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice, small home close to the beach. Great if you want a quiet getaway. Having the pool was great. My kids loved it.

Stayed Jun 21, 2021The house was clean, and comfortable and the beach was beautiful and very clean! Nice having a pool in the backyard, though this time of year, the water in it was a bit chilly. It was nice having an ice cream parlor and a couple of restaurants walking distance from the house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.
