Single Family Home! Sleeps 8 Lincoln Park/Lakeview

Everything was great - parking was easy, beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our family of four to be comfortable and not feel like we were on top of each other.

Perfect place for my friends and I to stay for St. Patrick’s Day weekend; easy access to public transport, great restaurants and coffee in the area, right across from Jewel Osco, and the house was so comfy and clean. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend for any Chicago trip!

We loved our stay at this great, Lakeview home! Mike is a thoughtful host and although we didn’t need anything, he was only a text away. Very responsive. The house was clean, and it was stocked with the basics that you may need for a long weekend. My four children loved the house, especially playing in the finished basement and walking around the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for movie night in the living room! It was great to have a garage during the recent snow storm. My kids are already asking to return next weekend. This home & location were perfect for our long weekend in the city. Thanks so much, Mike!

Parking was great, easy, secure and in a garage off an alleyway.

Neighborhood is great. Garage is a really nice addition and fits a SUV. House has plenty of space for a family. It is as described. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Supermarket across the street.

The location, ease of parking and check in and out was great. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge for seniors. Pillows and towels could use an upgrade.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house with plenty of space for our group. Clean and well maintained spaces. The rooms were cozy, clean, and the mattresses comfortable. The location was also convenient with plenty to do in walking distance and just a short drive to downtown for other activities.

Michael’s place and location were great. The house is homey and comfortable. Location was easy access to getting groceries, walking to restaurants and Wrigley Field. Also, quick access to downtown via Lyft.Will look forward to staying here again when we travel to Chicago in the future.

House was perfect for our family get away. We had two small children - under 2 and 4 adults. Lots of room. Our son's family that lives close to the house came to visit with his family of 3 and the kids had lots of room to run around and just play. The garage worked out well for parking our SUV. Kitchen was well stocked as we fixed breakfast for the group. Grocery store across the street was also handy.

The house is beautiful. It is on a busy street but we didn't hear any street noise once inside the house. The beds are very comfortable. There are two decks in the back and a garage which is very handy. We did not have any trouble finding parking in front of the house. You do need to be able to maneuver stairs as there are stairs into the house in the front and up to the master bedroom. We would stay here again.

The house was just as described and quite clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great and we walked everywhere including Wrigley Field. Michael was easy to communicate with and responded promptly.

We had a great family trip to Chicago at Michael’s place! Check in was easy, the house was super clean, well equipped and just like the photos. We had two 8 year olds with us and the basement was a great space for them to hang out. The only “critique” which isn’t a critique at all is that the upstairs street facing bedroom was a little noisy but that is to be expected when you’re in a city on a weekend. Overall we had a great stay and I’d recommend the house 100%.

Great spot with everything you need close by. Parks, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. My daughter loved scootering down the sidewalks in the friendly neighborhood. Everything with the house is as expected and Michael is a great communicator if you need anything at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for a family for the week.

We used this at a place to go between exploring chicago and going to a concert at Wrigley Field. It was great! super clean. Clear instructions. Cute and Cozy inside. The stairs are pretty steep but that was communicated and it was fine for who we needed it for!

A beautiful house in a quaint neighborhood. Many convenient options within walking distance. Host is awesome with responding and is a great resource for things to do in the area! Home is very welcoming and the garage parking is an added bonus! Would definitely love to stay there again!

Spent the weekend with my family. The house was perfect and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The steps are steep. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and relax.

Location was great. Enough room for everyone. There could be some updates done throughout like a new coffee table or an outlet that was duct taped to the wall.

Overall, great place. Super convenient to north downtown. Not as convenient to downtown but still easy to get around with Uber/cab. Great for families. 5 stars to host for communication and friendliness. I would stay there again.

Situated in a nice neighborhood, walkable to plenty of food and grocery options. Nice, clean house, and walkable to Wrigley. Very responsive and accommodating host.

We walked to our concert through a vert quaint neighborhood. We had lots of room in the house and loved using the 2 patios. The kids played on one and the adults on the other. Thank you to Michael

Host was incredibly easy to communicate with. House was clean and in a great location. Check in/Check out times were reasonable. Beds were ok but not fantastic. Everything else was fine.

We stayed here for a couple baseball games and a tour. The house itself could use some updates with certain things but nothing is unusable or bad. Stairs are steep inside and out, just a warning. Close to bus stop. Garage was nice.

As a host of STR properties, I know what goes into making a property enjoyable for guests. This house provides many comforts and conveniences that should satisfy travelers’ needs. Clean, spacious and close to many restaurants and stores, it worked well for our family. The private garage was a plus.

This was the perfect location for our two day Chicago getaway! We came to town to explore a little and take in a Cubs game. We walked to the game and found all sorts of interesting restaurants and shops along the way. This property provided easy access to all sorts of fun! House is adorable! Clean! Stairs are a bit narrow but we had no issues. Michael was a very responsive host! Only negative feedback I could give would be the street noise. Wasn’t horrible just noticeable. Box fans in the rooms definitely helped drown out the noise. We would definitely stay here again. Having access to a garage was HUGE for us as we were traveling with a receiver basket full of golf clubs. It was a total bonus to be able to park and stow our stuff while we explored.

The property was well-stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen & bathroom supplies. The house is in a good area and convenient. Communication with the owner was good & he responded quickly when I emailed before the trip. Beds were comfortable. Back deck is nice. I recommended!
