Stayed Dec 26, 2023Great location - very near Avon and Beaver Creek city centers, plus a short hop to Vail and Edwards. Wonderful master bedroom, great guest bedroom. The kitchen is well situated and we made meals often. The little room downstairs was cozy for tv/movie watching and we had plenty of space for ourselves, our dogs and the occasional guest. Rented for 4 weeks - really felt homey and comfortable. Monica was responsive and very easy to work with. Great house - we would rent again!

Stayed Feb 23, 2023Great location for enjoying BC and Vail skiing. Beaver Creek provides wide variety of all levels of skiing. House is well equipped to support great meal preparations. Comfortable living and rec room seating. Slept well every night. Quiet street that ends in at a stove pipe a few doors down. Friendly neighbors.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022This property exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed for 2 months, with our dog, while we worked remotely. This beautiful, warm home is tucked away on a quiet street, which was very peaceful. It is just minutes away from Beaver Creek and the cute town of Avon. The owner was always very responsive to all of our questions and the house was absolutely perfect for us, as well as a few visitors. We will be back again soon!

Stayed Jun 28, 2021Mike and Monica were great hosts! I was at the house for all of July and was able to work remote while enjoying the area. The property was well suited for WFH with a work station upstairs and fast internet. Overall, the house was wonderful for my family and my dog loved the back yard with privacy fence! I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Stayed Feb 16, 2021We enjoyed our stay in Avon - minutes from Beaver Creek and Vail. The house had a great set of amenities and we had most of our meals at home with all the needed cooking gear. The owners left a nice note and gift on our arrival and were very responsive. The bed was honestly the most comfortable of any rental we've slept on, we're both picky and have various back and neck problems but slept like babies. We took a photo of the tag as we may need to get it for ourselves! A great stay and a great experience with the nicest hosts.
