Simply beautiful new beachblock home with views of the ocean and a heated in-ground swimming pool. Interior design by Complete Interiors of Avalon. The design of the home has a contemporary feel and is beautifully furnished. This three-story home is located within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and the center of Avalon's business district where you can enjoy shopping and dining in some of our favorite restaurants. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed andone with a set of twin beds and two baths. The family room, which has a wetbar, is at the back of the home with easy access to the swimming pool area. The front porch is covered. The second floor offers a living room with cathedral ceilings, a dining room with a table that seats eight, a kitchen with a large center island that seats four. The deck on the second floor is accessed from the living and dining rooms. A portion of this deck is covered. This floor has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed, and two and 1/2 baths. The third floor consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a deck with ocean views and a bath. The master suite has a king bed and incredible views of the ocean from a private deck. This home simply has everything to make your vacation one to remember.
