Number 1 Beach House 25th Street - park and walk perfect location!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Headed down for Thanksgiving weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed! All the way down to a nutmeg grater & potato peeler. Also, the cookware & dinnerware was lovely -- rather than random pieces left behind by others. Plenty of glasses, plates etc. Comfy beds, lots of rooms -- best house we've ever rented on VRBO. Hope to return in the summertime to enjoy the pool!

We enjoyed the house very much. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was charming.

The place was perfect! Linda was a gracious host, very accommodating and communicated everything I needed to know. Was in town for a wedding with friends. Location was great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

I cannot express enough how much my husband, friends and I enjoyed our stay at Linda’s rental!! It is hands down one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It seriously took our breath away and was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We were so appreciative of all the intentionality behind the details throughout the home. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with Linda was FANTASTIC - her check-in and out details were thorough and she was so kind and cool with us! Happy to have been able to share so many memories and laughs in this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful weekend at Number 1Beach House. The house is immaculate and so comfortable there is a lot of space but it feels cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. There is a lovely flower garden surrounding it complete with hummingbird. Linda is a generous and gracious host. I highly recommend this property.

Finding time to reconnect as a family is hard to coordinate, but when you find the perfect house and location you can unlock a lifetime and memories. Found the perfect house with five star accommodations in the perfect location for my family to gather in a beach town that holds many childhood memories thanks to Linda and her exceptional vacation we were able to enjoy each other‘s company and make many new memories. Location is within walking distance to everything but the overall layout of this house, high-end finishes and furniture and don’t get me started on this gourmet kitchen if you want to feel like you’ve stepped into a five star hotel this is the house you should rent. The only problem you will have is that you’ll want to stay longer thank you Linda for sharing what we hope to call our annual vacation destination 10 star.

Linda was a wonderful host. The house was clean and everything was provided.

The house was immaculate and exactly as expected. Great location. Host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy. His may not be ideal for this with mobility issues due to steps but otherwise it's a great spot!

We had an amazing time in Avalon. The house was perfectly located to town and the pool was a major plus! Gorgeous new home with great amount of space for large family and kids!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! My family and I had so much room and space here and lacked nothing. The rooms and bathrooms are all spacious, gorgeous, and very clean and updated. There was plenty of space on the main level for gathering as a large group. The kitchen truly had everything that we needed to feed a large family easily and we absolutely loved hanging out by the pool. The house is even more spacious in person than it looks in photos. We also made great use of the beach chairs that were provided. Overall, we really had an amazing time here and couldn't have asked for better for our beach vacation! We would absolutely love to come back here in the future when we're back in Avalon!!
