SIMPLY AMAZING - Water views, Sunsets, Pool & Spa, Bikes & Kayaks - Villa Mangrove - Roelens

Our stay at this rental property was perfect. The property was exactly as described and had everything my family and I needed for a relaxing stay. The property sits on a canal with beautiful views of the mangroves and the dock was great for fishing. The children loved having the pool to use after day at the beach. The game room was used every night by the grandkids and adult children. Our host was available anytime we needed something and reachable via text message. Highly recommend this property for large families and friend gatherings.

Great house! We have been staying in various places in southwest Florida for over 10 years. This place is one of the best! pool and spa were great. Located in a quiet area but close to food gas and groceries. We saw a bunch of wildlife otters manatees birds fish and even a boar while taking the kayaks out to explore the mangroves. The property manager was available to answer any questions we had. House itself is in great shape and is exactly as advertised. The game room was a huge hit with the teens and kids when they weren’t swimming in the pool. Fantastic place to stay!

It was a great family vacation. We enjoyed it and made great memories.

We'll where should I start. I was a little concerned right from the start when I asked 4 Times if there was power down at the dock. Never got an answer just the runaround. The hotub was not working 2 weeks prior to our arrival and didn't get fixed until we were ready to leave. No lights in the pool, and get this, we called housekeeping to inquire where the wash cloths where and we told WE DON'T SUPPLY THEM.!!!!. WHAT.!! and here's the worst of all, THE BITING MIDGES OR NO SEE UMS ATE US UP ALIVE OUTSIDE AND IN, SITTING BY THE POOL.! ALL OF US CAME HOME COVERED WITH BITES THAT TAKE WEEKS TO HEAL. so to end this i say, if you want to stay at a gorgeous house this is for you but be aware, you are an hour away from any thing to do and you will be ate alive by the bugs. Have fun.!!!

House was exactly as described. Large and very accommodating. Notified property manager about the pool and spa not working properly (Remote supplied didn't work). They sent pool cleaner out on Tuesday and I was told on Wednesday, after reaching out again, for status, that parts have to be ordered. Spent entire week without Pool lights or spa, basically told that the problem would be fixed after our stay. Checked out at 11:00 on Saturday, then at 6:00 pm that evening, I got a text saying that there was no problem with spa or pool lights, I just needed to download an app on my phone and use it as the controls. This text would have been much appreciated a week earlier instead of after we had already finished our stay. Evenings could have been enjoyed outside in a relaxing atmosphere, instead pool area was dark and not inviting after dark. VERY DISAPPOINED

The property needs an overall maintenance update. The hot tub never did work. Things were coming apart and breaking while they were in use.
