Yard is fully fenced, gated and private. Enjoy the mountain view while lounging by the pool and at night you can watch the tram go up the mountain from the back yard.

There is a beautiful heart shaped pool in the main yard, which is for the exclusive use of guests. Pool is private. Above ground hot tub is heated year round. Pool can be heated from November 1 to February 28 at an additional cost of $50 per day (minimum of 2 days).
