Host was friendly and informative. House was clean and quiet. Bathroom sink doesn't drain. It was nearly perfect for what i needed.

Bed I slept in was not the most comfortable it seemed to have a foam pad on top of the mattress. Silverware was very limited. Ok for one or two people. Rest of the house was great. No problems. Good quite neighborhood great location for getting around town. Would definitely stay again if the need be.

We arrived late so we did not spend as much time here as we had anticipated. The kitchen is large, the living room has comfortable furniture to watch TV, the bathroom has a washer and dryer, and there are two bedrooms. This is very adequate for a family. The property has most of the basics you will need. We did not use the kitchen, so I cannot vouch for the kitchen supplies. You are not in walking distance to anything.

Cute duplex unit. Sectional was nice for when the kids came to visit us at night. Nice to have the washer & dryer available to us. Just needed to have some additional linens & a few more staples in the kitchen. Overall, it met our needs.

We had a great stay, the place was very accommodating and clean. My In Laws stayed with my wife and I. We were all comfortable. Everything was reasonably labeled and the check in process was very easy. The location was nice and quiet. Thanks for hosting us.

The listing is accurate: 2 bed/1 bath, washer/dryer, evap. cooler/furnace. The evaporative cooler may not be for everyone, but I lived in AZ for a long time, so I'm fine with them. My partner said the mattress wasn't comfortable for him, but I was fine. I used the washer and dryer to do a small load while we were there. Everything has instructions posted for you, including the shower, and the host made it super easy to check in. We mostly just needed a place to sleep and a secure place to keep our belongings while we visited. For less than the cost of the same # of nights at the local La Quinta, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a 2 bedroom home and very clean. It is within a short drive to what one may need. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Easy access and simple but pleasant accommodations. We were comfortable on our short visit to Pueblo.

Nice area to stay

Easy check-in, good size for family of 5, nice size side yard. Close to park and shopping. Does not have centeral air, does have an evaporative cooler system. We would stay again!

Had a great stay. The air conditioning was a swamp cooler and didn’t cool down much. I sent a note to the host about check out but received the reply after we were already on the road.

No central heat/air. Yard is unkept. Water pressure in shower is slow drain is slow. Had issue with washer.. mattresses are super uncomfortable…. The tvs in the bedrooms had been swapped by a previous guest and a bigger tv that was to big/ wobbly on the dresser i was using fell and damaged the picture and we were forced to pay half (was not happy about). The host is pleasant and for the money it’s worth it I would not stay again tho…

I think this guy isn't on the up n up. Blamed every issue on the last guest. Had to ask for the door code. Check in was 3:00 and I received the code at 3:21. He did not tell me the air conditioner was not working. I would have got a hotel. It was a 92 degree day. Still 84 outside at 9:30 at night. Miserable inside! I believe he gets bad reviews, but continues to (delete) and change the title of the VRBO so it has no reviews. I noticed there were no reviews but I assumed it was a new listing. I asked him if it was new, and he said I have been renting on VRBO for a few years. I did some digging and the title of this place keeps changing. This place needs to not be listed anymore!!! Place wasn't as clean as it should be.
