This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 9 guests. The bedrooms are arranged to support both families and groups, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin bunk beds, and a twin sleeper sofa. Each room offers a restful setup, complemented by bathroom essentials and fresh linens.

A piano adds a unique touch for musical guests, while the dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed. Located on Sterling Lane in Sarasota, you’re within easy reach of Siesta Key Beach’s well-known shoreline as well as Venice beaches. Check-in inspection: Let us know of any issues within 2 hours of arrival.
No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day

No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
Keep it clean: No wet towels on beds, no shoes inside.
Check-in/out: Early or late check-out available with prior approval.
