Stayed Jan 1, 2023Decor is simple with pleasant tranquil colors, furniture and accessories. Clean, and well appointed, kitchen is well stocked for those who wish to cook. A great patio to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. A great location with shopping and restaurants close by. It has set the bar high for all VRBO rentals!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022My son and I were in AZ for a baseball tournament. The house was very nice and cozy. It fit out needs as this was a stay away from home, but not necessarily a vacation. A few suggestions: upgrade pillows on bed, upgrade toilet paper, and a nice addition would be misters outside as no pool. Home was clean and the neighbors were very quiet. The home is close to Litchfield AFB so it was cool to see and hear the fighter jets. The traffic along Greenway can be heard which at times was bit annoying. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A very comfortable house with everything I needed. Close to all amenities, yet in a very peaceful location.
