SHOW STOPPER! HEATED POOL, UPDATED HOME 2 MILES TO BEACH!! 3 KING BEDS! 4BD 2BA

This was an amazing home to relax in during our vacation. The host is very accommodating and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. It is very clean and decorated so cute. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We had 7 people staying and had plenty of bathroom towels and pool towels. The washer and dryers were wonderful to use to wash the towels throughout the week. The laundry room had all the supplies you would ever need. We all loved the pool!! It gets cleaned professionally twice a week. The temperature was set at 86 degrees all week. The kids used all the pool toys and lived in the pool all week. We also went to the beach a few times and had plenty of sand toys, chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers available if we wanted them. We were so impressed with the overall experience! The location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the Indian Shores Beach. We also went north to Clearwater for beautiful white sand beaches and a dolphin boat ride (Sea Screamer) as well as south to do some great shelling. We highly recommend this home for the perfect vacation experience!!!!!!

Location is close to anything you could want for food, groceries or adventures. Pool and beach days are extremely easy with this location. Parking is a driveway on a safe road. We recommend this place to families.

The PERFECT vacation home: an actual home away from home. It has everything that you need and things you did not even think you needed. The host was great with communicating and making sure all of our needs were met. Sand Key Beach was a 20 minute drive and if you didn’t want to leave the house, the pool is perfect! Highly recommend!

We had a great month stay in Seminole. We had a few chilly days so the heated pool was an added bonus. The house was very clean and the host was great. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard.

This space is very welcoming and was a perfect size for a group of 8 (4 couples from 3 generations!) like ours. The common spaces are super open, the kitchen was stocked beyond belief that literally nothing we brought was needed! Having multiple indoor and outdoor spaces (front porch, kitchen, pool and outdoor bar area) was perfect for a larger group to hang out. It’s close to everything and easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The space was very clean with great personal touches that made us feel so welcome! The owners checked in to make sure we were comfortable and were very quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at this home. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out comfortably, but still had a cozy, welcoming feel that made us instantly relax. It felt like staying at a family member’s home—every little detail was thought of. From kitchen essentials to extra blankets, games, and thoughtful touches throughout, there was literally everything you could possibly need.The pool area was lovely. The entire home was also spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable.This is one of those places that delivers on every promise and then some. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again!

Very clean, neat and centrally located home in a nice neighborhood close to concert venue, beaches, restaurants etc. We only stayed 1 night for a surprise birthday celebration, but the house with its open floor plan and 4 bedrooms was a perfect fit for us. Sandy was quick to communicate/respond to any question or need we had and even had a welcome card and bottle of wine and a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee waiting for us when we arrived.

The house was as described and very lovely. They have it fully stocked with anything needed and the communication was excellent. The area is very nice and street that the house is on is quiet. Would stay in any home they run.

My family had a great week at this lovely home. The kids really enjoyed the pool, it was nice and peaceful. The host, Sandra was great! She was quick with responding to any questions even telling us about the beaches locally. We definitely would stay here again in the future.

This was a fabulous home for our family including four adults and three kids. We chose it due to proximity to Indian Rocks beach and that it has a pool. The home is truly fully stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy the local beaches or to just hang by the pool, grill and chill. I would definitely recommend this home. The host is very responsive as well. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely lovely place! It was just a short drive to beaches with free parking, and the house itself had everything we could ask for. Plenty of towels, spices, and all of the little things that make it feel like home for the 4 nights we were there. Plus, the outdoor pool just made the trip all that more special. 100% recommend!

Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the end of a quite dead end street with no traffic, this house was absolutely super clean. Everything was provided and I truly mean everything, if you need it on a vacation this house had it. All four beds were amazing comfortable. The pillows and comforters were luxury spa hotel quality. Great pool with fenced in yard for the dogs and grill access. Super close to all the most popular beaches, with all beach equipment provided at your disposal.Stop looking for another place this is the one to book. This property has absolutely everything you can think of. They truly put so much thought into providing so many amenities. The owners are outstanding with communication and ease of check in/check out. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay (minus the weather that we can’t control ). Highly recommend, will be back if we come to this part of Florida again!

This is an excellent property! Sandy has the house so well stocked for guests that you can come right in and not worry about lacking a thing. The home is clean and the beds are absolute comfort. At this property you are minutes from shopping, restaurants and multiple beaches. Sandy is a wonderful host with excellent (and quick) communication. I would highly recommend booking this property.

House was great, clean, able to have our pet there and a pool. Located within 15 min of multiple beaches. Sandra/owner communicated well and was helpful. Tons of towels, full kitchen worked out great!

House was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool was heated and we loved relaxing there. Only concern was low pressure from the shower heads but we managed. Enjoyed our stay very much for a long weekend!

We traveled from Orlando to get a quick sunny ocean view! This house is a hidden little gem. Perfect place. The decor is cute and house is clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Sandra checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Would return if the opportunity came around.

Stayed for 4 days to attend a Family event in town. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Warm decor and comfortable seating. Fantastic host who was readily available if needed and communicated instructions and expectations clearly. Lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. A great property!

This rental house was amazing. We've stayed at other BnBs and VRBOs before, but this place really sets a new standard of expectation. Every aspect was perfect. We hope to come back very soon!

A couple times a year my aunt, my mother, and myself (all 60 years +) meet at a different Florida location. So, we've been to many vacation rentals. This home is right up there with the best. Amd well stocked, host was amazing with her prompt responses. Would definitely recommend! Very clean

This home was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was the icing on the cake too. Sandra is great at communicating and resolving any issues, if there are any, very quickly and efficiently. A perfect location too!

Four of us mature ladies traveled to St Petersburg for a golf tournament and made this our home base. With 4 bedrooms, a great family and kitchen area, and especially the lovely pool we had a great stay. Sandra was very responsive to any and all questions and seemed truly interested in our satisfaction with the stay.

Pack your swim suit and toothbrush only because that’s all you’ll need. This rental was jam packed with anything you might need for a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. In a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very gracious . We will be back again

Sandy, our host went above and beyond with everything. She is quick to respond and accommodate. I texted with her whenever I had a question about anything and it was like talking to an old friend. The house was VERY clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. There were even things I didn't have to pick up from the grocery store! The house was great. The losting is super detailed and accurate. Everything was clean, it is really close to the beach and tons of restaraunts and shops. They have loads of extras (shampoo,conditioner, detergent, a hair dryer and curling iron, beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler, etc.) 5/5 would definitely recommend!
