Bradenton Beach, Florida
This property is the front unit A of a duplex on Anna Maria Island. 800 sq feet! There is a strong possibility that the rear unit would also be available at the same time for larger groups ! It’s a short walk to the beach. We have all of the Beach chairs, umbrellas etc. with a cart.
There is a pickleball court steps away and we provide paddles and balls!
If you go the other direction there’s a great private park for the kids to play. There are picnic tables with roofs and basketball courts.
We also have a tiki bar and a large private deck. All the bedding is new and very comfortable. The televisions are smart televisions and they are brand new. There is a bus that goes around the island to travel for free. Or you can just walk. There is also golf cart rental available.
There are several restaurants on the water in a very short distance also. There is a publix and walgreens very close. There is a Shell gas station at the end of our street also.
We love the ugly grouper. Gulf cafe is dining on the beach! Bridge street is great shopping and dining!
It has a laundry room shared with the rear unit. There is a gas grill available to use also.
You will love this location. It’s nice and private and you can walk to several places.

My grandchildren, daughter and a good friend so enjoyed our stay on the island and the property gave us a great place to land. It was very clean and was exactly as described. The extra beach things were great!!
Pictures on add tell the entire store. As expect had a great time
Easy booking, and communication through out the entire process of planning a military reunion for a group of Iraqi veterans!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was fabulous and exactly as the pictures. It was a very simple walk to the beach, basketball courts and playground. We rented a golf cart and that was a blast cruising around the island. Quick note, if you are going to be renting a golf cart, book ahead of time. The condo provided all the necessities for the beach. We purchased some sand toys and left them there. The outdoor area is open for use to others who stay on the property - there is 3 condos in total. On this specific property, there is a condo beneath so just a heads up if you have kiddos. The guests below us said they could hear our kids running around but were very kind about it. We would definitely rent this place again when we return! It was perfect and affordable!
Clean close to beach
Clean home-everything you need and close to beach! We had a fun week! There is a unit staying below you that we weren’t aware of-we thought it was just a duplex-sharing two sides!
The property owner came to the Property always If we needed him if we need anything he was right there friendly friendly also your minutes from the beach you can walk to it it’s great
Loved the Anna Maria area. Super easy navigation with the trolley. Awesome food. Love that it’s not “commercialized” but had excellent restaurants, shopping, and activities. Dawn and Jim were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved the proximity to the beach. Exterior is a little rough and still being cleaned up? But the interior is comfortable and spacious for a two bed, two bath. It worked out great for our family. Definitely worth the stay. Great value.
This property is in a great location however we had some problems: - we were only given the key code to get into the building but not to our unit so we had to call the property manager late at night to get in. The locks are pretty tricky to use. They stick quite a bit and are hard to lock/unlock. -silverfish bugs on blue couch. Reported to property manager who asked for a photo. “She was told there aren’t silverfish in FL” -the property wasn’t clean (dishes in the dishwasher, dirty windows, old liquor bottle and empty chip package in closet etc). Laundry room is filthy and shared between both units. -The tiki bar pictured was being used as a work bench by the men living in the garage/their van doing renovations to the downstairs area. -the renovations were loud and not disclosed in the listing. -when asked the property manager did have the workers move their van and clean up the tiki area on our last day. -the unit isn’t wheelchair accessible (but I don’t believe it’s advertised to be). The kitchen and living area are nice and the beds were more comfortable than some vrbos we’ve stayed in in the past.
