Stayed Aug 12, 2023Nick and Lianne are great hosts. The layout of the house worked great for our family of 4 and the space is really clean and well organized. The hosts walk you through the property and everything is really simple. They ask you to do a quick call and sign a contract before finalizing the rental, but it's all straightforward and reasonable (it's a family home and a quiet neighborhood so they take an extra step to make sure it's the right fit for both sides). If you plan to cook a bunch you'll need to grab some essentials. They have basic kitchen equipment so you may have to improvise but we had everything we needed. Great neighborhood with a bunch of good restaurants and beaches nearby

Stayed Jul 30, 2022Our family of 5 had an amazing time at this house for our week in Chatham. Nick and Lianne met us when we checked in and gave us a quick tour of everything we needed for the house. The location is perfect. Up the block from Ridgevale Beach, right off the bike path, and only a quick 5/6 minute drive into town.
