Property was exactly as advertised. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean. All of our communications were responded to immediately by the host. The property is a quick walk to campus, shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be back if ever in the Blacksburg area.

This home is wonderful. It is amazingly clean and well stocked with super comfortable beds and soft sheets and towels. The location is walking distance to downtown Blacksburg restaurants and the VT campus. It is the perfect home for a Blacksburg get away!

This house is so stinking cute! The kitchen had everything it needed. The recent renovations were done so well! The bathroom even had extras in case you forgot something. Towels were plush. Pillows were perfect. The location was so convenient to everything!

This was an amazing find! The location cannot be beat. The hosts made the home feel so comfortable and welcoming. The house is quaint and charming but with all the modern amenities and an open feel. Hands down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while away from home. The shower was as amazing as advertised, too! We loved having the backyard and enjoyed the fire pit. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We were in town for our Hokies sorority parents weekend. This home was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. The house was charming and clean; exactly as advertised. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs.

We spent a couple nights here while we took our dog to the vet hospital. It’s a great location - walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and the VT campus. Parking is on property and very easy to find and get in. Perfect little house for our stay!

Stayed before and we love it

Even though it rained the whole weekend we had the best weekend! This property is amazing —clean, updated beautifully, and the common area space was perfect and spacious for our small gathering! Sad that we could not book again for our daughter’s graduation as it is already booked! Can’t beat the location—we did not drive the entire weekend!!

This was our 2nd year to spend Christmas in Blacksburg at this house. It was just as wonderful this year as last. The house is clean, kitchen well stocked and furniture comfortable. The lights around the house and the christmas tree is such a special extra touch, particularly when being away from home during Christmas. I would highly recommend this house when visiting town.

The home was immaculately clean, warm, quiet, and all perfectly located to downtown, 4 minute walk to Main St. The property owner was always available and prompt in response, though nothing at all was wrong. It is a great little cottage.

Home is walking distance to Virginia Tech campus, restaurants and activities. A great little ten acre park is right next door for walking, running or taking your furry pet on a stroll.

Staying at this house was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect and the owners thought of every detail to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. House was as listed, perfect size for us and perfect location for attending alumni reunion weekend. We walked everywhere. It was great and if we return, we'll try for it again.
