This is a classic, 70's modern open spacious home that is about a minute from the beach on foot. People who stay here love it and part of that is that they do not come with expectations of a 5star luxury resort. It's a super cool home, a little on the older side. But packed with character and charm. We have also done a lot of improvements which the current photos don't reflect

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Very unique, historical beach home. We had a fantastic time despite Tropical storm Ophelia. A very special thanks to Wally who was so attentive & accommodating, knowing the storm was coming. Beautiful wedding, Kismet is a gorgeous location. We want to go back to experience the home in good beach weather.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023We had a great stay at Motel-O for a mother/daughter weekend. Plenty of space for hanging out together - the living room is spacious and comfortable, there is a large outdoor dining table and the covered porch downstairs was a great retreat from the sun. Wally was super responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Our stay at the Motel-O was great. Wally was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. It is an ideal rustic beach house with charm and character, super comfortable with everything you would need on your beach vacation. Adult kids loved the outdoor shower and the eclectic charm of the place. Easy walk to beach and bay just a little disappointed the bikes were not in great condition but so many other things to do it didn’t change our opinion.
