Stayed Aug 3, 2025Terrific property and a great owner. Barry is very communicative. The property is in a terrific location - close to the beach, close to town but far enough away to be very quiet and private. We stayed with our family of four, and both my kids had a friend stay for a few days and we fit very well.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We really enjoyed our stay on Fire Island. The location is terrific - steps to the beach, close to Ocean Beach but far enough away to avoid the noise and chaos. The house is well appointed, with a terrific outdoor space and comfortable rooms. The back cottages were perfect for my teenage boys. And the owner Barry is easy to work with. Would recommend!
