Home was very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and walkable to downtown, Canyon Rd and Railyard.

BEAUTIFUL Home. FANTASTIC location and easy to walk to the Plaza, Railyard and great restaurants. Very clean and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Would stay here again on our next trip to Santa Fe. Have been using VRBO for 10 years. This has been the Best VRBO we have stayed at.

House was so clean which was wonderful and close to attractions. The only downside was that the casita had a musky smell to it.

House is close to historic district. Easy walk to good NM dining options, galleries and museums. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen modern, well equipped. S, P, coffee provided but no other provisions. The friendly, remote owners made check in easy and were responsive to requests. Great venue for 6 adults. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

This is a fabulous space just off of the downtown area. An easy walk to all the good restaurants and the plaza. The space was beautiful and fit us perfectly.

Everything about this rental was great. Our group of 4 adults (aged over 60) was completely satisfied.Everything was as promised and communications were perfect. We can highly recommend this property.

Casa Anita was fantastic all around! Location was walking distance to downtown, the home and casita were extremely clean and had every amenity needed, and our host, Nancy, couldn’t have been nicer (and informative)! We had a wonderful family stay and would love to come back and visit!

This was an extremely quiet neighborhood, and the house in Casita are set back from the road as well. Within a 15 minute walk of just about everywhere we needed to go. Close to the farmers market especially. Two drawbacks: the kitchen is very small so more than two people cannot be cooking at the same time. Also some things not available, such as a tea kettle. Otherwise, well appointed. The other problem was the only soap and shampoo we were given were tiny sample sizes. This day was for four days and so we had to go to the market to buy more. One final comment: if you go to this property before November 1, you cannot use the fireplace. This was unfortunate since one of the reasons I rented this place were for the fireplaces.

This is by far the best rented home I’ve been in. A sweet respite from our travels. Great location and great accommodations.

We had a lovely stay at casa Anita. The house was clean and very comfortable and the casita was really nice additional space. We loved hanging out on the patio in the evenings and the ease of walking everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor negatives were the lack or hand soap in any of the bathrooms and no coffee. Not a huge deal as we just ran out to buy these. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely accommodations to spend time with family and friends! The house layout with the separate casita and porches enables private spaces, lovely outdoor dining and communal areas as well. It is the perfect balance for a group. The property is well-cared for and has the best chef's kitchen inventory of any rental that we've stayed in! The Host, Nancy, is timely in her communications and was very attentive and responsive. We had a minor problem during our stay and the repairman was called immediately and the issue resolved. There was also a local property manager that was helpful with details when we needed information. All in all a great experience for us as guests. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Santa Fe!

Four of us really enjoyed our 10-day stay at this South Cap house and casita in Santa Fe. They are very clean, well located, and tastefully and comfortably furnished (we all loved the art works). All the bedrooms have comfortable beds, there is a nicely stocked kitchen, and two pleasant outdoor spaces. This lovely house and casita easily earns 5 stars.

Sweet little house and casita very close to the center and all the cool stuff at the railway, but in a quiet little neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main house and casita. It's located in a super quiet neighborhood with 1 spot in the driveway and lots of street parking. It's an easy walk to the plaza The units are comfortable, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with the dishware to cook and eat. We had a couple of small things come up during our stay and Nancy, the owner, was on top of it to resolve quickly. She and her husband are super helpful and so sweet. One note is that there is one step inside the main house and it is marked with some caution tape so it is visible and easy to navigate. There are steps outside which you can see in the photos of this super cute place. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 friends traveling together. We enjoyed eating dinner on the outdoor patio and gathering in the living room at the end of the day. Beds are super comfortable. Thank you for a memorable vacation.
