    The property was perfect for our girls getaway! Perfect location and had everything we needed to chill, relax and enjoy each other. Especially the kitchen, it was well equipped with what we needed to prepare wonderful meals!

    The house is charming. It was clean and well appointed. It was comfortable for a family. One thing that was inconvenient was that the only shower is in the downstairs bathroom while the majority of the bedrooms are upstairs. The location is terrific for enjoying all that Orleans has to offer. Be warned that the property manager says there is a refundable security deposit however after we left we were told that was an error and it is considered part of the fee for booking. Looking for a way to try to resolve this through VRBO. I will not use this property or any others managed by Del Mar again.

    My family and I had a great stay at The Salty Hare in Orleans. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is an older house, but it has been nicely updated. The house was clean and well stocked, and the beds we used were comfortable. It is perfectly situated for anything you might want to do on the Cape. And it was a great bonus that there were bikes in the garage and an entrance to a bike path just a short ride/walk up the street. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

    Husband and I traveled to Orleans with our 3 and 1-year olds. The house location was perfect - short distance to beaches, great restaurants and access to everything we needed. The house was clean, bright and comfortable. Layout is perfect for a family with small children. We hope to be back next year!

    The house was built in 1800. Nicely remodeled. Close to the beach and town of Orleans.
