This like new property was recently remodeled updating the already fantastic floor plan. Where do we start there are so many reasons to book our home, the amazing location in SW Cape Coral is just minutes away from the high end Tarpon Point Marina community. Bike, drive or walk to Tarpon Point and experience luxury water front dining, high end boutiques and enjoy all of what Cape Coral has to offer. The one-story home boasts an open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, & spacious screened lanai with a heated pool, grill, dock with tiki hut and patio furniture. Take some chairs to the dock and get lost in the water view. There is a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with a smart tv, dining room (seating for 6) large primary bedroom (king bed) with a full bath ( double sink vanity, and expansive walk in shower). Our guest suite is tucked away for additional privacy, boasting 2 twin beds, comfortable bedding and a large closet. The main bath is situated near the guest bedroom with a new walk in shower. If you are working remotely you can have a private space with a desk off the primary bedroom, the large windows boast natural light and sliding door access to the pool. We also have a 2 car garage & full-size high efficiency washer/dryer. Our home is a short ride to local beaches (Sanibel, Fort Myers, Naples) and also to Downtown Cape Coral where you can find your favorite restaurant, local artisan shops, and entertainment of all varieties.     1. house proper was quite satisfactory and property well maintained2. however, basic necessities were lacking. For example, tea spoons, garbage bags, ironing board, iron, and also stained wash cloths and tea towels.3. pool deck and patio could use more cleaning and maintenance(quick spring power wash).4 outdoor furniture was good but minimal.5 Barbecue was not useable(dirty, looked abandoned, test gas meter in laying in barbecue was a mystery??).6 pool proper was very good.7 suggestions to the owner/managers: Pool should be set up prior to guests arrival as inexperienced pool owners might mess things up.8 In general , these minor and simple things that one normally expects are issues easily addressed by owner for future guests. These minor issue explain our Good vs Excellent rating.6 Internet very reliable.7 property manager was quite timely and responsive to to concerns brought to her attention.note to VRBO: I do not believe comments from the Owner should be withheld from the Guest until the Guest responds. This is a poor business relations practice. If anything ,VRBO should receive both Guest and Owner comments at the same time and release both comments to the Owner and Guest at the same time.We have not had this 'sequential' exit protocol before. VRBO should control this process to ensure unbiased at arms length exit comment platform.respectfully
