Property has very accurate description! Lots of bikes, toys, and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful with suggestions during our stay!pool area was awesome!

The house was a great space with lots of amenities and very clean! The only complaint was that there were cameras everywhere which you couldtell they were moving around watching us. They also showed up without us knowing to the house. O

House was perfect size for our family of 16… Clean and plenty of room.. close to beach and attractions.. solid 10 !!!

The house is a few blocks away from the beach (7min walk!) that’s easily walkable for the entire family (18mos - 57yo)! Provided ALLL the beach equipment including wagons, coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Even the swimming pool was equipped with various age appropriate toys and googles. Grills and smoker worked wonderfully and hot tub was nice on the “cooler” nights. House was a good size and first floor living space was large enough to accommodate meals and evening wind down. Only con would be the couch was more comfortable than a few of the beds. Host was responsive when contacted and had all the finishing touches for a relaxing fun vacation!

Loved it! We had a group of 8 ranging from 15 to 83 years old for a week at the beach. House had everything (and then some!) that we needed for a great vacation. Kitchen is seriously stocked. Enough beach toys, chairs, etc. for a huge group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great and there is plenty of space to spread out.The pool area was just right and we hung out here a bunch. Hot tub area is cozy and inviting. Walk to the beach was easy, even for the three 80 year olds in our group. Beach was outstanding (we were there 4 days). Deborah is a great owner and so responsive. I can’t say enough nice things about her and the experience.We’d go back in a second. Don’t pass it up!

So thankful for Deborah and her communication with us before and during our stay- we arrived on Saturday August 3, prepared and assured by our host that we would remain safe in her rental! There was no flooding on her property as she mentioned, and we didn’t lose power. The home kept us entertained and dry, and we spent the entire rainy week enjoying and working from the house! We even had a friendly neighbor checking in on us, and we were able to stay one extra night to enjoy the sun that finally came out Saturday, the 10th….Thank you for everything, and we really hope to be back next year!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chime Inn. The property was just as it shows. We had plenty of room and plenty of space for everyone. The check in process was great.The house is beautifully decorated. The only problem we saw was the stairs maybe could have been vacuumed, otherwise the home is great. It has wood floors throughout except on the steps going upstairs.This will not deter us from staying there again as we really loved the home and it's proximity to the beach.We look forward to returning again. The host responds very quickly to any needs. Thanks and see you again soon.

The Chime felt like home! It had a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for multiple families. The owner made checking in and out so simple. The home was clean and a wonderful outdoor living space. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone interested in staying at Surfside.

The house has everything you need and located in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shop, pier, and parks. Lots of amenities to enjoy from the pool, to hot tub, fire pit, beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole, games, pellet ice machine(which my kids loved) and lots more. The owners are so easy to deal with and were quick to respond. We met several of the locals that live in the area and they were so nice and welcoming. We will most definitely be vacationing here again!

A group of family and friends came down for a baseball tournament and had an awesome stay. The house was everything we hoped it would be and was well stocked with all the things that made our vacation rental feel like home. The house had a clean fresh feel and smell, all the beach equipment you needed, and the kids of all ages loved the basketball hoop in the pool. The surround sound speakers and lights outside set the scene for a great time, the flowers outside made us feel like we were in a tropical location, and after a long day at the ballpark the pool and hot tub took away all the stress. Despite our large group we all had plenty of room to relax and sleep. The Drake’s were great host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely visit Chime Inn again.
