Excellent communication from Helen and Ian. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need when away from home.. and the view from the back deck is stunning!

Loved, loved, loved the view. The rooms were very clean and house was very comfortable and accommodating for all our needs. Very pet friendly if you have an obedient dog that does not run off through the scrub, which we did.

We visited Culburra in June.Our accommodation exceeded our expectations !The house was so lovely and spacious with plenty of light filling the open lounge, dining and kitchen area which also had a fireplace/wood suppliedViews from these rooms overlooked the ocean with stunning sunrise mornings.Hosts Helen and Ian were attentive to any needs and were most informative with information to the many sight seeing /activites available in the area .We would love to visit again, thankyou !!

The location, or rather the view, is the main drawcard of this house, as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach. However when we were there the beach was unpatrolled so to swim you will need to drive to the other beach further south. The deck is not covered and there is not even an awning so no shade if you want to sit outside. The living area can get hot with all that glass and blinds that can't be closed without a lot of difficulty (and then you can't see the view). The house would be more suited to cool weather as they advertise in the title. It would be nice to be able to sit and have a meal and look at the ocean but the set up doesn't allow for that. Furnishings were tired and cleaning had been inconsistent. We expected a higher standard given the price.

We can’t recommend Helen and Ian’s beach house highly enough. Wonderful location on such a gorgeous beach, and the home is so well equipped with everything for a brilliant holiday. Helen and Ian are great hosts and made our stay very special.

We enjoyed our stay at this property located on the beachfront with a magnificent ocean view. The house was comfortable and well equipped, even down to Vegemite and honey supplied along with essential spices in the pantry. The dwelling was clean and nicely furnished and we felt completely at home, as did our puppy, Beppi. I thoroughly recommend this home for anyone looking for a beach stay within an easy commute from Sydney.

Amazing location , great facilities

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The house is terrific and our hosts were very informative and helpful. Sitting outside relaxing we saw whales and a dolphin. We had a wonderful weekend!

Helen and Ian were great host and gr at communicators. We took our dogs and it was one of the best dog friendly property we have been. Our dogs loved the location and the treats left for them. We absolutely loved the location and the view! Definitely will be keeping this on our to go back list. Thank you Helen and Ian!

A beautiful property that is so much bigger than we had realised. The stunning outlook over the ocean , the huge expansive widows creates a beautiful scene that I could stare at for ages. The door latches and blind mechanisms were a bit corroded and I understand that is due to the salt sea air. I live with my ceiling fans on and I found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep without a fan. It got really warm in the back lounge room although the sea breeze was refreshing. My husband tried to walk the track from the backyard to the beach but it was too dense. One of our dogs ended up covered in ticks. If you’re taking your dogs to this property make sure they are tick treated. Ours are however we called the local vet as I was concerned that the tick treatment wasn’t working. The vet John was really helpful and reassuring. Pup ok ? The driveway was a bit tricky to find as there is no sign (that we could see) indicating that the laneway was called The Marina. We got there in the end. The house is well stocked. The lounges were very comfy. The bed was great. I forgot sheets so a trip into Nowra was made to buy sheets.

We loved our stay here with the spectacular views over Culburra Beach. The house was clean and had all the things you would need for a couple nights of stay. Helen and Ian had prepared a lovely box of chocolates for us and treats for our cavoodle Fifi which was very much appreciated by all. Thank you for having us and we look forward to visiting again.

Property owners Helen and Ian had arranged to leave gifts for my husband and I and our dog which was such a lovely gesture. Location of the property is fantastic. The spa bath was an unexpected The spa bath was a treat. It was very relaxing and a comfortable stay.
