The area includes a covered back porch with al fresco dining for up to six, a brand-new optionally heated* pool with sun deck and in pool seating, a premium built-in gas grill, a drinks fridge, an ice maker, a turfed area with corn hole and other outdoor games, and a covered lanai with a space heater and a huge 85 TV.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a large kitchen island, and a breakfast bar, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.

No Pets: This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
