The House and all the rooms were way bigger than expected! Very nice job with the updates, neighborhood, and location!

Clean home, was exactly what we needed for a quick work trip. Will be on our list for future stays!

Overall it didn't feel stressful and was relaxing because of the lowkey feel of the area and the house. Very nice house to hang out at for a few days.

Don’t let the outside fool you, inside is very spacious with plenty of room for big groups and was very clean, we will use this place again. Stayed here to go out on casino boat and check out the restaurants.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with this property. The house is beautiful and perfectly designed for families or groups of friends, featuring a large dining area, spacious living room, and a great yard. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from blankets and towels to laundry detergent and even an an wheelThe host was exceptional—she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had a couple of small requests, and she handled them promptly, with response times ranging from just a few minutes to an hour at mostI truly can't recommend this property enough. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The first thing that we noticed was that the flooring was not flat at all. There were dips and hills throughout the floors of the house.It seems that flooring was put over a failing or rotting floor. This was confirmed when we saw the foundation of the house from the back yard. It was evident that it was in bad shape.Additionally, it would seem that this has caused another problem. There was a musty and moldy smell immediately when you walk in the front door. This smell only intensified throughout our stay. In fact, it was still in my bag and clothes when I got home. I suspect that there is black mold. The reason that I think this is because I have had black mold poisoning before and the same symptoms started on the during my stay and the two days since I have been home have been bad. My three cousins who stayed with me said they also felt sick with similar symptoms.These two issues need to be checked and immediately remedied because they are safety and health issues.There were a few other small things that I need not mention at this time. Everything else was ok. However, until the foundation and mold problem are remedied, I would strongly recommend that this property NOT be occupied because it is in a hazardous condition.

Plenty of room for our seven guests. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and it was resolved within 30 minutes. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I do think the king bedroom needs a thicker mattress as you can feel the slats from the boxspring on your back when you lay down. Other than that, this place is fantastic.
