The communications from Garden City Realty were great and loved the house guide sent before getting there. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids, ages 8-16) and we all enjoyed it. The pool was a great size and so refreshing. The walk to the beach was so short and directly across from the public access. I will add the beds were a bit firm but nothing we couldn't handle. Wonderful time had by all and a great place to stay!

The location to the beach was extremely close, and a very easy walk to the shore. The pool was incredible as well and was perfect for our family. The realty company was very easy to work with, the house was clean and actually available early for us on check in day. Would definitely rent through them in the future.

Large pool and the rental credit was a nice bonus for some bikes to use during our stay.

Stayed with our adult kids and grandchild. Was a perfect location and house. Neighbors played music too loud around pool ….. but that was a minor issue!!!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Shore Bet the last week of September 2023 and it was one of the best beach house rental experiences I've ever had. First of all, the property was extremely clean upon arrival. Everything was fantastic from the well equipped kitchen to the nice decor. The pool and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were also nice and we felt the beds were very comfortable. The gas grill on the deck was really useful and a nice touch (even though the listing states it's a charcoal grill). You can't beat the location as it's almost right across the street from the beach access. Dealing with Garden City Reality was also a positive experience. They made the whole process very easy and stress free. We will definitely use Garden City Realty again and will certainly stay at Shore Bet again as well!
