Shellnel No. 9 Three bed, three bath, two balcony w/2 car garage on the beach

The property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable & clean. The beds were great and the house supplied everything we needed right down to the beach towels and a grill. We had 6 staying comfortably. Easy beach access and a beautiful view going to book again for next summer 🩷

This property was perfectly located within steps to the beach and approximately 1/2 mile from the pier. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and eager to help with any request. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Our stay here was wonderful! The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having beach chairs and umbrellas available. It was also wonderful having the card games available and spent the evenings playing games. The balconies and the view of the ocean were our favorite part. We made some great memories on this trip!

We had a fantastic time! The place and location were exactly as described and shown in pictures. So close to beach access and walking distance to pier and restaurants. Host communication was excellent. Extremely safe place to stay. Loved it!

It was a lovely home that was perfect for our family beach vacation. We loved the easy access to the beach, the home was stocked with everything we need for the beach- chairs, umbrella, tons of toys for the kids. We also loved the pickle ball court. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in an updated home that felt cozy right on the beach. Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets right on the deck. Loved having all the beach accessories for the family to enjoy.

The townhouse was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a prime location. The kitchen is well stocked with most anything you could possibly want (no need to bring your own salt/pepper or spices) and the gas grill already had a full propane tank for grilling with plenty of grilling tools. It is nice to have a large table and chairs on the ground level in the garage to use while grilling. We put two cars into the garage, even with the table in there. I’m not sure the garage is wide enough for a full-size SUV but there are two designated parking spots outside in front of the unit. There are plenty of beach chairs/water toys, an umbrella and life jackets provided. My 84-year-old mother took the stairs slowly but had no problem making the short walk to the beach every day. The check-in process was seamless and the property owner was quick to respond.

We had an amazing time in Navarre Beach. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the ocean. The location was perfect, can walk to the beach right from your back balcony, close to restaurants and many activities. We made so many memories on this trip and can’t wait to come back. Scott was great too!

We’ve been to Navarre several times and this place is really special! It’s right on the water with perfect views, came ready with anything our family needed, and host communication was top notch. We especially loved direct access to the beach, eating meals with a view on the patio, the wide selection of beach chairs and beach toys, the fully stocked kitchen, and the thoughtfulness of providing beach towels so that we didn’t have to lose a lot of packing space for our roadtrip. We really enjoyed your condo. Thank you so much for being such great hosts!

This was our first time staying in Navarre. SHELL No.9 is a spacious place with plenty of beach items in case you forgot anything. The kitchen is beyond well stocked, literally has everything. Loved being able to leave our beach gear in the garage so we didn't track sand everywhere, it was nice having our own outdoor shower. If you have knee or back problems just know the couch and the bed in the master bedroom sits very low and you will have difficulty getting up. My favorite part was having a balcony off the living room and master bedroom. My suggestion, have a vacuum cleaner for guest to use on the rugs. Just walking inside from the parking lot brought sand in. We enjoyed our stay and our first visit to Navarre.

Everything about Shell no.9 was perfect! The parking was easy and extremely accessible. The layout was a comfortable and very easy to live all while being very beach chic. The two ocean front balconies were all of our favorite.

The property was beautifully decorated and spotless. We had the most enjoyable stay. The location could not be more perfect! The beach was never crowded. Scott was wonderful and very responsive. Some features, like the washer and dryer for example, have been upgraded since the pictures were taken.

We love Navarre and Beachview! We’ve stayed at a lot of the 3br condos there, but this one might be our favorite. Scott was great and was quick to get back with us on any questions or need we had. We will be back!

This was our second visit, Scott is a wonderful host! The home is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at, location can’t be beat!

So glad we chose this townhome for our family’s vacation over a condo located in a high rise that we had looked at. Right on the beach, which was super convenient to run back and forth when we didn’t have the “right” snack for the kiddos or had to grab another bottle of sunscreen. Everything you need for the beach or pool is located in the garage. At least 8 beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids! We all had an amazing time!

The property is as pictured in the listing. The owner has taken great steps to make sure that the unit is well stocked with almost everything needed for a stress free getaway. We appreciated the labeling in the kitchen to make things easy to find and maintain organization.The location is great for a quiet week, even during Spring Break. But, if it isn’t good beach weather, be prepared to drive at least 30 minutes to find other things to do.The people in the adjacent units observed the quiet time hours and were easy to get along with.There were a couple of minor issues with the unit, but nothing that materially impacted our stay.The owner was always prompt and polite in responding to my text messages; it was great to feel heard and understood.I was pleased that our group of 6 never ran out of hot water even though there were lots of showers taken along with use of the dishwasher and washing machine.We are actively considering returning next year.

Location is amazing. If you are looki g for a laid back beach location this is it. Right on the beach in a small beach town. The condo has everything you need tk enjoy yoh time indoor or out.

Our stay at ShellNel No. 9 in Navarre Beach was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Four generations of our family, ranging from ages 2 to 88, enjoyed this inviting and comfortable home for a long Thanksgiving weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our diverse group and conveniently located near additional family staying close by. Being right on the ocean with just a short walk to the beach was such a treat, offering beautiful views and easy access for all. Communication with the owners was timely, accurate, and welcoming, which made the entire experience seamless. We all would definitely recommend ShellNel No. 9 to other guests. We’re already looking forward to the chance to stay again next Thanksgiving—if not sooner!

I fully agree with the many other glowing reviews! The home was comfortable and presented with tasteful decor. The king bed was perfect, and my other guests had restful nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need (even a large stock pot for a shrimp boil!) The large screen TV was a nice surprise! We were easily able to park a large pickup in the lower level garage-what a bonus! The beach access was the closest we have ever encountered! It made it so easy to come and go to the beach. With the ease of returning to the house, the “beach bag drag” was minimal. When the listing says they have chairs, umbrella and beach toys, they do! That was so nice! Most importantly, communication was stellar and prompt. The owner was able to accommodate quickly the smallest need we had. What more can you hope for?! Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home for your best-ever beach trip!

The condo is very clean, beds comfortable and it is fully equipped. They have beach chairs and umbrellas so you don’t have to bring yours. It’s right on the beach and quite lovely. Would definitely rent again,

This place was incredible and had everything we needed. To be right there on the beach is so convenient when you have kids. Parking is right in front of the unit and the bedroom setup is great. Each bedroom is an ensuite. Communication with the owner Scott was awesome. Any questions we had, he was right on it. It's the best place we have stayed at in Navarre by far!
