The house is located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood with path access to the neighborhood-only primitive shoreline. The home features a spacious wrap-around deck with filtered views of the lake and offers guests ample snowmobile and trailer parking. Launch your canoe, kayak, or paddleboard at the nearby North Beach on Payette Lake which is just a few minutes' drive away. Charlie's Garden – a locals' favorite - is a just a short walk down Warren Wagon Road, where the efforts of Idaho master gardeners and their knowledge of alpine horticulture are reflected in a peaceful and whimsical garden open to the public.

Snowmobile enthusiasts have quick access to the Green Gate snowmobiling area just one mile away, and the Francis Wallace snowmobile lot farther up the road. Park your toys' trailer in the easily accessible U-shaped driveway on the west side of this home adjacent to Warren Wagon Road. After a day on the lake or mountain, downtown McCall shopping and dining opportunities can be enjoyed 4.5 miles south.

Accommodate up to 11 guests in 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the daylight basement bunk room/ lounge, and in the loft lounge with sofa sleeper. One of the private bedrooms is located on the main floor and has a queen bed and hall access bathroom with a large shower for two. Upstairs are the additional two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. The basement bunk room has a twin over twin bunk set and a foam floor mattress. The well-equipped kitchen has everything your group's chef could need to craft culinary perfection, including a large gas grill on the deck.

The house was wonderful - comfy beds, extremely clean, and even bigger in person. The hosts were extremely communicative, checking in before we arrived to make sure we were all set for the trip and following up while we were there to see if we needed anything. I'd recommend this house and will stay here again when we're back in McCall!

The pictures must have been taken many years ago for the property is disappointing. The furnishings, mattresses, bedding, and the decor are old. The property does not sleep 11 comfortably as indicated. Some of our family members slept on the couch for one bed is a full size and the bunk beds are too wobbly to sleep on, not safe for young children. Parking is not adequate for a house that claims to sleep 11.

This house was perfect for our group of 4. The basement with bathroom was perfect for the younger kids. The location was a perfect distance for going into town and for heading up to the calm parts of the river.

We all got together for a weekend away from stress. It was wonderful. We hardly ever left the house, but when we did, it was close to town and easy to find. The house was clean and organized well. The only thing that was odd, was there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper for all 3 bathrooms.

We loved this home. It is close to the lake, very clean, and quiet. The property management company had clear directions with the check in process and were fast to respond to my phone calls and emails. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home right near the lake and close to town. House was big enough for our kids and adults and the management company even lent us a fans to use in the upstairs bedrooms. Great experience!

This is a very large home and friendly to any large group of family with kids or multiple adults. Contains plenty of things to do for indoor or outdoor activities. Ample kitchen needs and places to rest, relax or watch a television. That said, we missed any details expected on where and how the operate TV access (streaming channels without passwords), change or alter temperature of home, fireplace to heat but no wood. These are some of the minor drawbacks but the lack of a Home Occupants journal that has needed access codes, TV controls and available channels (streaming & live), ability to set home heating, outdoor grill use made the stay a bit more frustrating. A Home Occupants Manual required for how best to use the facility.with references to the local city (Mc Call) on what and where they feel are worth considering. A very common printed documentation element that is sitting on a table .prominently displayed as the rental occupant enters the new rental telling them where and how to safely access and control the home environment. This document needs to be there.
