Stayed Apr 4, 2025We like the property. It is our second stay in two years. The layout is great for two couples. The only reason we did not give all 5 stars was the key code was not sent prior to arrival. The management company responded quickly. There was a musty smell when we arrived.The owners do not have access to the Reynold’s golf courses. If you rent with golf in mind you may be disappointed.Lovely property.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024THIS THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. All was terrific ( other than one problem with the rocker in the front room). The location is great. There are trees blocking the view of the water but the location is so good that didn't matter. It is a 30second walk to the clubhouse where you get a fantastic view and even drink service if you would like. I tried to rent it again but it was booked. I will try in the future. Thank you!

Stayed Apr 3, 2024Property was excellent but location backed on to the golf course cart maintenance garage (very noisy until dark) and other than a lunch time tavern every other amenity was private, members only.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023We very much enjoyed our stay, but the listing is not 100% accurate. The house is actually a 3 bed 2.5 bath (not 3/3). The pictures showed a view of the golf course, but you really have a view of the Cart Barn. The kitchen has been upgraded from those shown on the listing (quite lovely). Our interaction with the Property Manager was quite frustrating. I left a voice message 4 days before our arrival, to get clarification on the parking rules, and to find out of the coffee maker listed was drip or Keurig. No response. Three days later, I sent an email requesting an additional parking pass, and asked again about the coffee maker. Got a response the morning of our arrival, confirming the parking pass has been sent - but still no answer on my coffee maker question. When I asked a 3rd time - I received a very curt message back with the answer.
