    This was a great place to stay. The condo was very nice and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and the view from the living room was awesome.

    We stayed here in January 2023 and as soon as we walked in, we rebooked it for 2024. The pictures are accurate -- rooms are good sized. The primary bedroom and bathroom are quite large with plenty of closet space in the large walk-in closet. Setting is perfect for 2 couples as the 2nd bedroom and (nice-sized) bath are down their own separate hallway. The kitchen was also large; pans & utensils were nicer than we've seen in other VRBOs. Second bedroom is probably the only space that I would say is average size for queen bed, 2 nightstands and desk but easy to walk in. One thing to note--ask if it is a concern for you--we had use of one garage stall (as stated in the description prior to our rental) and so the person in the front passenger seat had to get out before parking and walk up a slight incline. We aren't golfers or bikers but biking and hiking in South Mountain Preserve are accessible through the gate around the corner of the building. Great hiking and for me, only do easy hikes, I could easily go 45 minutes out and turn around -- which makes hiking accessible for just about everyone. Loved the whirlpool and heated pool - kept at very comfortable temperatures. No playground in this complex. Had problems with garbage disposal and that was replaced in a few hours--surely everything cannot be that fast but obviously the property management company must carry some spares on their maintenance truck. Very nice property, well maintained and we instantly fell in love.

    This condo was perfect for our golf trip to Phoenix. It had everything you could ask for, including a big shaded back patio overlooking the desert and mountains. The condo is on a corner lot with no neighbours behind so it’s very private and you get unobstructed views while you’re grilling after a long day on the course. It’s also steps away from the huge communal pool area, complete with lounge chairs- talk about an oasis. The inside layout is much bigger than expected and all four of us slept comfortably and had lots of space to eat, cook, and hang out in the evenings. Phoenix is a big city but the location of the condo was central and we were able to explore all the areas we planned to. All in all, this was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

    The property was clean and well maintained with high quality furnishings and plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy themselves. We went on several hikes in the foothills steps away from the back door and there were plenty of great golf courses within a reasonable drive. There were many amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants within a short drive, and a well equipped kitchen if you just wanted to eat in. The pool was nice with both warm and cold pools, as well as a hot tub for the evenings. I will definitely be staying here again next year.

    The South Mountain foothills turned out to be a great location to stay in Phoenix. The surrounding neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet and peaceful and yet just a few blocks from the 202 and the ability to reach practically any Phoenix location in 20 minutes. We'll definitely return.
