Room was in the attic, we could only stand up if we were in the middle of the room. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower was super small and the water pressure was a drip. There is no attendant on site.

Definitely an adorable place to stay! The host was very accommodating with any questions we had, especially when our flight arrived earlier than planned. Great location for walking to Duval Street and many other great places. Our room was very small but we knew that before staying. Dont suggest this room for anyone over 5'7 ... lol. Still was perfect for us though. Clean, friendly staff, quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Beware if you are tall. Room is as described - attic room with slanted ceilings. There is no flat section of ceiling -- there is a peak down the center. Due to this, there is very little area where you can stand up. Bathroom is small, and the shower is tiny. There isn't really anywhere to sit in the room other than on the bed. There is a small table you can pull away from the wall, but the chairs are tiny. I understood this from the description that the room wasn't ideal, so I was ok. On the positive side - the room was clean, there was a mini fridge, a coffee maker, AC was cold, shampoo/conditioner/soap/towels supplied, and it was quiet at night. There is a small common area on the first floor where they had coffee and granola bars. The pool looked clean, but it was too cold/rainy when I visited. It is an old house, so it does show some wear and tear, but it appears to be maintained well. House is about a 7 minute walk to Duval, 5 minute to the food store, and 3 minute to the free Duval Loop bus stop. Location was great. Great communication by host. Check in was a breeze.Room met my needs. Was glad I was solo and only stayed 4 nights. I'd stay again for short solo trip.

I booked the room in advance because of the price. I didn't read any of the reviews until the day before we went but I probably wound have taken it anyways. I'm 6'2 250# and struggled to use the bathroom and shower, several bumps on the head! The bed was comfortable and the room served it's purpose for our stay. Pool was nice and they had snacks out in the kitchen area.

Perfect spot to plop down while bar hopping and seeing key west. Would return again for quick trip. Owners sent email and day of, text with access codes making it very easy. Happy we could drop our luggage prior to check-in

‘Attic’ room was way, way smaller than depicted online. Neither my husband nor I could stand up Straight during our entire stay. Bathroom door, while very ornate, was CAKED with dust. Hot water faucet in bath was barely functional. Internet advertised breakfast but there was no such thing. Kitchen was padlocked and labeled staff only, but no staff was there for our entire stay. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

The property does not have free breakfast, you have no use of the kitchen, no glasses, wine opener, no water for coffee in dining room. Check in is all electronic. If you call the number they text with, no answer. The attic room should never be rented. Only a 4 foot person could stand in it. The bathroom tile was broken. Only good thing was the location. It was high season so they can charge high prices for a Motel 6 room. Definitely not as advertised.
