Stayed Aug 20, 2025The host was unresponsive nearly the whole time we were there. The host did not respond until after we checked out, and it was only because I called customer support. Had the host been responsive, the stay would have been fine! However when the host did not respond it made the minor issues and problems seem worse as if the host was purposefully ignoring the issues. The ventilation in the property was quite bad, and the air conditioning would not stay on the temperature we set it to. It got extremely hot in the bedroom. We stayed there in 110 degree Phoenix heat in August, so that was frustrating. Also, the host expected us to load dishes in the dishwasher for checkout, but there was no dishwasher. It would have been nice to have a warning of the construction and noise going on around the property as well.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The property itself is perfect for kids, lots of games to play and the swimming area is nice. Was a little disappointed on certain things, not enough pool towels, no coffee mugs, the blankets smelled like they were left in the wash, had a mildew smell. No mattress protection on the two twin beds, the couch was stained and the host was kind of hard to get in contact with. The neighbor is nice, plenty of restaurants in the area and not too far out. Overall, my kids had a wonderful time.
