Easy check in and check out. Great location. Worked out perfect for our group.

Let me start with the positive: the house is large enough for a group of family and friends. The beds and linens were acceptable for a short stay. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with all the basic things you will need for cooking. The living space is large and comfortable. Now the rough part: the decking needs extensive repair. Nails and screws popping out everywhere and the stairs need to be secured better. There is some general wear and tear that at one time may have been okay but is more noticeable. Paint peeling, ceiling peeling, wood rot around windows. The door handle came off day one of our stay and it took 24 hours for someone to show to fix (no toolkit on-site).When we showed up at 4 for our check-in, the trash cans were completely full from prior guests. We were told a haul away was scheduled but no one ever showed our entire 3 days. So, we had to find alternative to dispose of our trash for entire trip. Certainly not ideal. FYI, Monday is island trash pick up day.The keyless pad to basement was difficult to manage. There was not a propane grill as stated in amenities on the property reservation list. It is a charcoal grill and very old and rusty. The tables in the living space are wobbly and need some love.

Very large property. Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach. It accommodated our large family of 15 with plenty of beds/rooms and seating for dinning. There were a few things that could be improved like several lightbulbs were burnt out or just didn’t work. No basic kitchen necessities like salt/pepper or cooking spray. Same with toiletries, there was just one roll per bathroom and one roll of paper towels so you had to buy your own things. The dishwasher wasn’t draining properly so we had to hand wash everything. Lastly, there were a few small spots that we noticed where the floor was caving in. Small things but overall a very nice place and we had a great time!

This is completely adequate but nothing to special ether. I don’t really have any thing negative to say about it. Every thing is as pictured. But you’re not going to be wowed by anything. At the time of my booking I do believe it was a good value for the money considering th sqft of the house

We stay in this neighborhood every summer as it has great access to the beach. Even though the layout and furnishings are nice, the house condition was not comparable to others that we have stayed in. The front doors were held (sorta) closed by a single screw sticking out of the trim piece above the door. The air conditioner control system design is ridiculous as the controls are not located in the zones that they control. The downstairs living area was not accessible during our stay because the door code unit was dead and couldn’t be unlocked. Contacted the property mgmt company and they did not respond. This one did not meet our expectations.

The view from the living area was stunning and and it is a very short walk to the beach. The property was clean and ready for our group. The code to enter the door was available exactly at check in time and disabled immediately at checkout time. It is an older house, but we were still very comfortable. We had a group of 11, ages 2-68, and there was plenty of room and many beds to spare. There is a small but sturdy metal spiral staircase that is not shown in the pictures. We had to work hard to keep our youngest kids off of that staircase (there was a baby gate provided, but not attached in any way). Our older family member was not at all comfortable using it either. It was the access to the 2nd King room with two twins and the loft room with three twins. That should be clearly explained in the listing because it could have been very difficult for us if we had a different group. We were able to manage it though. When i called the management group to ask when trash would be picked up, they sent someone over that evening to empty the trash. All in all it was a great location and we would stay there again.
