Shady Potts Point Cottage Cooled by Ocean Breezes

This stay was super pretty and was perfect for our girls trip! The host was very communicative and the view couldn’t be beat. It should probably be mentioned that you can’t drink the water or use for cooking unless it’s boiled. That might be common knowledge for those who live here, but we weren’t aware. So just a heads up to those coming, they do provide gallon jugs, but you have to replace at the end of your stay.

Everything was as expected, well stocked kitchen and towels etc. great to relax on porch. . Appreciate ability to check in early! Host had lots of helpful info for the home

Everything is perfect about the cottage! We kayaked, hiked local trails and had delicious lobster. The front porch is iconic! We’ll be back.

Great porch and sun room. Water view acroos the street. One house partially blocks. Well supplied with kitchen stuff and linens.

Great stay in very clean house in a very quiet ocean side community. Perfect getaway!

This cottage was very cozy and was in a great spot for quiet, relaxing walks to the ocean. It was very clean, and had everything we needed as we were only there for a quick day and a half. The only downside was the beds were not made and we had to make them ourselves which was annoying since it was late when we got to the house.

Perfect weekend away. Cottage was as described and easy to find.

We had another wonderful stay at the Pott's Point cottage. So many laughs, wonderful sunsets, hiking and kayaking. The cottage makes you feel so relaxed. Our host thought of all the most important facts about being there in this perfect location and put it all in a wonderful notebook. We will try to come back! Thank you

The cushion on all the chairs were very thin and were really not comfortable. We loved the sun porch and spend all our time on it. The kitchen was very well stocked.

This house is located in a perfect spot for ocean views and cool breezes. Our vacation was cut short unfortunately one of our dogs became very ill and we had to rush home after a couple of days. Hopefully, we’ll be able to come back and visit.

Comfortable home in lovely location. Wonderful veranda and closed-in sun room to enjoy !! Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to beach (for walking and exploring). Gorgeous sunsets. Everything you expect to enjoy on a holiday in Maine !

Great spot. See water one way but get the breezes from both east and west. Great porches in and out. Beds are fine. Ate at ericas and dolphin marina..recommend both. Hope to return next summer

This is our fifth stay at the Toy House, as my girls dubbed this Potts Point gem several years ago. We keep coming back for the comfort and at-ease-ness we feel here, and how close it is to all the fun Harpswell has to offer! Thank you, Molly and family, for sharing your home with us!

Our third stay at Molly’s wonderful house. Everything about it suits us. We love unwinding on the porch and in the hammock and digging out the old fisher price collection for the kiddos. Sunsets and tide pools and seaglass in the quiet of the neighborhood makes for the perfect Maine summer trip. Thank you for sharing your special house with us!

Third year renting here, with more years to come. While we were there the area experienced unusually strong thunderstorms, which lead to county-wide power outages (owner was wonderful keeping us updated). But you know you've found a very special place when your whole family still has an amazing time (even a moody preteen without wifi!) This place is homey and cozy. A pure gem!
