Stayed Dec 18, 2025Seven Oaks was perfect for my family's get together. Plenty of bedrooms with lots of common area to hang out together. Plus, a great view.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024place weas clean, Dave is a nice person, how ever the listing say 2 1/2 bathrooms and they are only 2, the sponges in the kitchen where used, no broadcast TV, MAX, hulu or Netflix.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The house and location worked perfectly for our group visiting nearby Atascadero. We enjoyed cooking, eating, and relaxing in the comfortable house as well as a bit of hiking around the property with our dogs.

Stayed Jul 17, 2023The ranch is a beautiful property. It's a great place to get off the grid for a few days. The stars at night were incredible. The house was super clean and comfortable. We loved the trails for hiking around the property. We hope we will be able to return in the future.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We stayed here for the weekend of graduation of our daughter from CalPoly. There were 5 of us staying and we had an amazing time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The outdoor seating over looking the lake was beautiful. We canoed and swam in the lake and played horseshoes. It was a perfect family vacation.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023We so enjoyed our stay here at the ranch. It was the perfect family getaway for anyone that wants the serenity of nature with all the comforts of a well equipped clean home. Met the property owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also met grounds person, Rosie, who keeps the place clean and in ship shape and made our stay that much more special!

Stayed Apr 6, 2023The property itself is stunning and peaceful but the new owners are the real gem of this listing! Wonderful to communicate with and the kindest people. We had family stay at several of their properties while in town for our wedding and all had a wonderful time.
