The Space:

The heart of this paradise is the expansive living area, where sunlight shines through large patio sliders and windows, illuminating the tasteful décor. The open-concept design effortlessly connects the living space to the dining room to the fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island, make cooking a pleasure, whether you're preparing a gourmet feast or a quick snack.



Need to work remotely There is a private office off the primary bedroom equipped with desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Simply plug in, log on, and crank through some work before returning to the delight of this fabulous home.

Step through sliding glass doors to your private outdoor haven, where a dazzling lap pool, oversized spa, fruit trees, outdoor kitchen, and an abundance of seating awaits. Dip into the cool waters, basking in the warmth of the California sun, or lounge on the stylish patio with a refreshing cocktail in hand. As the sun begins its descent, the mountains cast their majestic shadows, painting an ever-changing canvas of colors that will leave you in awe.



When it is time to retire for the night, each of the three uniquely designed bedrooms offers a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility. The two king bedrooms boast ensuite baths, while the third bedroom, with two twin beds, has a separate full bath. Each bedroom has its own private patio to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the hummingbirds or an afternoon spot to settle in with a good book.



Situated less than 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, your adventure extends beyond the confines of the house. Explore the vibrant art scene, savor delectable cuisine at nearby restaurants, or embark on a journey of discovery through the nearby hiking trails. Hop on the two bikes provided to explore the lovely surrounding neighborhoods or pedal down to the local coffee shop about a mile away. When you return to your abode and sink into the spa the enchanting glow of the mountains under the star-studded sky will remind you that you are in a truly exceptional place.

** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is recommended October through May and can be requested for an additional cost of $75/day. Please let us know 48 hours before check-in if you'd like to heat the pool during your stay.



**Pool & Yard Weekly Service**

The pool and yard are serviced once per week to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Service dates will be disclosed in the check in instructions sent 48 hours before arrival.



Pet fee of $150 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.

Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in.



Per City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following rules must be followed.



1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and show government issued Identification with picture and birthdate prior to check-in.



2. Primary renter must sign a rental agreement.



3. All guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations form.



4. No more than 6 total guests are allowed to occupy the home overnight with up to 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.



5. No more than 3 cars are allowed to be parked at the house overnight.



6. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.



7. Strict outdoor noise policy. Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is prohibited 24 hours per day and shall not be audible at the property line. Violation of this rule resulting in Vacation Rental Compliance officers being called to the property will result in immediate eviction of the guests from the property (without refund), citation, and a substantial fine.



These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed and employ on the ground resources including cleaners and maintenance personnel, but are remote property managers.

    We were surprised to find that the bathroom in the large master bedroom had no door at all-no door to the bathroom and no door to the toilet room. This was not communicated in the listing or the photos. So the unfortunate couple who got that room (us) had zero privacy. The backyard is very nice, with a narrow pool, however the interior of the pool is so rough that even with water shoes we came away with a lot of rough scrapes. The interior of the house is nice and spacious, but is not stocked at all. We ran out of garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs well before our stay was over. We were only given ONE bath towel per person for a week long stay, and told the rest were under lock and key and we would have to call the property manager to unlock them for us? Very bizarre. We've never stayed at a place that was so understocked. Giving it three stars still because the location is great, close to downtown and the airport, and it was very clean. Highly recommend that the owners add a door to the bathroom and stock more towels and supplies in the future.

    We've been searching for the perfect VRBO rental in Palm Springs for several years. We finally found it. We prefer south PS for weather and less wind. The location was minutes away from Indian Canyon Golf Course and minutes to downtown. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The landscaping was lovely, well maintained and had beautiful artwork placed around. The pool/hot tub were great. The location is close to the airport, so there is some noise associated with it but, flights are infrequent. There was an odd rumbling noise emanating from the airport which was new to us. While PS has stringent noise ordinances, we found this location to be on the noisier side. Two houses had dogs that hated each other and barked often times throughout the day. The back neighbor had music and loud talking Friday/Saturday. We also had a neighbor lodge a complaint regarding music, thinking it was us. It was crew remodeling the house 2 doors down. Unusual for PS but, didn't detract from our stay. I can absolutely say we will be staying here again.

    This place is amazing and completely as advertised. We had a wonderful time around the property, which is some really cool vegetation, lemon and lime trees and an assortment of cacti. The pool is wonderful and the fire pits are a great addition for night time swimming. The pool surfaces are a bit rough on the kiddos feet so an investment in water booties might avoid some small scrapes. The house is clean and all beds are super comfy. The property manager was attentive to any request we had and responded quickly. I would add there is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool, which is clearly outlined in the rental terms, but something I missed when booking. It for sure is needed in the cooler months but not likely in the hotter months.

    Nicely renovated 3 bedroom & 3 bath home. The LAP pool and hot tub were a treat to use daily. Easy 5 minute drive to key restaurants and shopping. Hikes 20 minutes away. I would come back here!
