Beautiful home well kept and clean, the pool is the reason we rented it for the privacy, would recommend 100 percent to anyone

The house is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 wagons, and toys. Also an abundance of beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped as well, there is even a first aid kit and flashlights. Lots of board games and a TV in every bedroom. We had a slight issue with the garage door code that was handled promptly by management. Beautiful beach and sunset views. 7-11 right across the street. Plenty of parking space between the garage and driveway. This was the ultimate Florida beach vacation house. We will definitely book this house again next year.

The communal areas gave us enough space to be together for hanging out, preparing meals, and dining. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and gave everyone their own seclusion when we needed it. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided, as well as beach chairs, cooler, corn hole set, floats, etc.The location is perfect for access to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The privacy fence needs some work from recent storms, to block off the public park/beach access that is beside the house, but I’m sure that’s coming. It got pretty busy on the weekend on the beach. We had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running and the rental staff immediately addressed the issue. They are super responsive! This was a great place to stay.

Property was exactly as its advertised! Very clean and beautiful beach views and access. We had a total of 8 people ranging in age from 13 to 68. Home was perfect for entertaining in the common space as well as being able to have your own space. Easy to grab the bus and go to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

What a wonderful experience for my family that came from SF, Cleveland and Brownsville. The house was all it claimed to be and more than we expected. First class! I planned my own celebration and the kids and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the area, the pool, beach, 7-11 and nearby restaurants. We also took a tour of Tampa Harbor and Tampa University.

Walk to beach was nice ( but in July it was hot LOL) kids loved the game in the garage. Lots of beach towels. Kitchen was large and clean. We cooked some meals in and it was great. The views were amazing. Saw the sunset from the roof. The bedrooms had nice towels and bedding. The best surprise was the washer and dryer in the closet. With 11 of us two made it so much easier. We didn't have any contact with host because everything was fine. Could use a new sweeper. We tried to keep the house clean with that many people. So we did use a broom when we need. We have stayed in many Airbnb and this was at the top. Very clean also. Having 7 11 across street came in handy. The people that work there were helpful. We all used lots of ice so we could walk right over there get ice and anything else. If you have a big group this is a great house. Pool also was nice and clean. No complaints!!!

We are grandparents with adult children and spouses and their children traveling. This house was large enough and well appointed to accommodate us all. The pool was great. The beach access was good. The sunsets from the roof top terrace were beautiful. The kitchen worked well for easy prep and there are multiple eating areas. The only negative is the public walkway for beach access is right next to the house so at times, there was noise. Not a big deal.
